Do not...I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! WOSRT CAR WASH EXPERIENCE EVER. The service was horrendous. I brought my car in for a full service Seat cleaning detail and the job was LESS THAN half done! First off when I initially got the car back my windows were worse than when I brought it in. The guy had smudges all over the place. My carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed AT ALL!! I was literally picking huge particles and peanuts off the floor. now the main reason I brought my car was to get the protein shake off of my passenger seat and door....I RECIEVED MY CAR BACK AND THERE WAS STILL SHAKE ALL OVER MY DOOR AND IN BETWEEN THE SEAT! AND TO TOP IT OFF HE DID NOT EVEN CLEAN MY BACK SEATS HE ONLY CLEAN THE ONE SEAT AND I PAID FOR ALL THE SEATS!!!!!! Truly, I could have done a better job myself. I went back and asked for these things to be fixed and honestly he took a rag and wiped the door thats it.. my floor and windows still look atrocious! I planned to go back up there today to have a manger address the situation since there was not one on site yesterday. little to my surprise my passenger seat had dried up and It revealed that the seat was truly not cleaned! Which shouldnt be surprising because instead of steam cleaning like I was told they would do he just sprayed the seat with a heap of soapy water and used a rag. I CALLED THE PLACE AS SOON AS THEY OPENED AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE GENTLEMAN THAT THEY CALLED IN TO CLEAN MY CAR WAS NOT EVEN A QUALIFIED DETAILER!! SO INSTEAD OF JUST BEING HONEST AND LETTING ME KNOW THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITIES AT THE MOMENT TO HAVE MY CAR DONE WITH QUALITY THEY LET ANY RANDOM PERSON ATTEMPT!!! I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN ROBBED. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE DOES!!

This wash left my car still dirty. I was able to wipe the leftover dirt off of my car by hand! The manager refused to even send my car through the wash again or even have an employee spend thirty seconds using a scrub brush to prep the car properly. Management was extremely rude to me and allowed an employee to laugh in my face when I said I was unhappy with the quality of the wash. I realize that my car is not very nice, but that doesnt mean I dont deserve good service. Im a working class man and dont have very much disposable income. Washing my car is a luxury and this car wash was a complete waste of what little money I have. The manager also insulted me when I asked for my money back. She repeatedly said things along the line of, "Its just five dollars", "What? You cant afford five dollars?", "Youre really making a big deal over five dollars?" I am making a big deal over five dollars. I cant waste my money on services that dont do anything. I figured that I would get a wash that was at least as good as simply using a cheap pressure washer at my house. I was wrong. The machines at this wash do not clean your car at all! I was so frustrated by the time I left this place I didnt even vacuum my car. Id rather do it at home than spend one more minute at this horrible place.

EXTREMELY unprofessional! As I sit here now the heavy set girl at the counter set on the phone cursing, and speaking with the other car employees calling people bi**hes, hoes and ni**as. When I pulled up the car wash attendants were talking about customers who didnt and asked if I was tipping (as if that was contingent on if they would clean my car well or not) and honestly with the quality of service they provide I can see why. I told them that I used to be in the service industry and that I would take care of them. The truth is it had absolutely nothing to do with their service it was strictly because they provided a service and it was hot. It does no better than the car wash does not allow people to do cash back neither do they allow you to tip on card. Blame the owners and managers for taking your tip not the non-cash carrying customers. They need to clean shop and get rid of everybody at the location how your brand new staff who value and have the vision of real customer service. Until they do that they will continue to get horrible reviews especially for that area completely unprofessional!

I came to this Carwash for the first time since it was southern friends and I had a very positive experience on my first visit. I didnt know what to expect but, since I was in the area I said I might as well get a Carwash. Well I was greeted upon entering and the young man told me about the different wash packages. As I was waiting on my car to get clean a young man walked into the lobby and gave me an envelope with money and told me he found it under my seat. And as I scratched my bald head. Lol! I said damn my mother drove my car and she had told me that she couldnt find her medicine money she took out the bank. And that was $220 in that envelope that worker could have taken without me knowing anything! So, I had to leave this feedback. I dont trust easy but, this car wash has gained my trust. And other then the worker leaving a rag in my car they did a pretty good job. Thanks New Customer

I was scuffling to find a place in town nearby that could give me an oil change since I was desperately in need of one. It was getting late (around 6pm) & this was the ONLY place in my area that actually stayed open until 7pm... When I arrived I was impressed that the facility was clean with a waiting area AND food was available although I had already ate. I learned that they also provide emissions testing and was delighted that they offered me a free car wash (inside and out) with my oil change. Unlike most oil change spots they never harassed me about suggested recommendations that I SHOULD or NEED TO get fixed on my automobile. They also adjusted the air pressure on my tires amongst other things. It was late & I could tell everyone was tired so I elected to use my car wash at a later date and didnt mind at all because the service was great. All my oil changes will be done here from now on.

Worst car wash that Ive been to in Atlanta so far, I pulled in, purchased the $15 dollar wash, after purchasing, the sign says wait for attendant there was no attendant there. I waited 5 minutes and had to park my car with a line of people behind me waiting also. Went into the office to complain then finally an attendant came out. They ended up giving my car the basic $5 dollar wash , there was no prewash done to my car. Came out the wash and my tires are still dirty, the bottom half of my car looked as if it only got water sprayed on it. Then you still have to go back in to pay $10 just to use to vacuum for a 3 min service. They will never see me again. Waste of $25 for nothing .
