I groupon for a car detailing. I called the company to ask some questions before I bought because you know, I want to know what Im buying is actually what I want. I called and the boy (notice I said boy because men dont speak to people, let alone a female in this manner) answered. I said "Hello, I have a couple questions for you." He responds with a huge huff and says "Well hurry up, I dont have a lot of time. What do you want?" I responded with, "Oh you dont have a lot of time for potential customers? Never mind then." He responds with "Okay" and I hung up. I cant speak for everyone but I can say - I wouldnt do business with someone whos too busy to answer questions ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS TO A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. I wouldnt do business with someone who conducts their business in such a rude a manner. So thanks, but no thanks. No wonder your groupon was so cheap. Youre basically begging people to come in with a car detail for only 20 bucks. Should have known....TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!!!!!!! To those that do buy, hopefully his work is cleaner than his attitude. I give this1 star for HATED IT! :) -Jessica Taylor

Scheduled apt day in advance. Showed up next day and didnt even have the tools needed for the job. Guy was over 45 min late to do the job. Owner blew off his own employee and wouldnt tell her why they no longer have a high speed buffer. What a joke company. Stay away!!
