Going to pay for the price of the ultimate car wash and I was told that they would not clean out my car so I might as well go with the outside Wash by the owner so I decide to take my service elsewhere if I remember correctly whether theres trash in my car or not Im paying for them to clean out my car including trash I was even cleaning it out decently enough so that they could just vacuum it up but he had the nerve to sit there and tell me that I need to just go with the outside wash inside of that whole wash very unprofessional in my personal opinion I will take my service elsewhere whether theyre good or not they should be willing to do their job conserve getting paid $20 for the whole wash

easily the worst car wash experience in my 35 years of owning a car. they managed to simultaneously scratch the finish on my car in two places and not get the bird droppings off of the finish. they also did not vacuum the car as well as my 6 year old neighbor and were extremely pissy. when i asked them to finish cleaning out the inside of the car, the manager was super grumpy and said they couldnt do anything about it because the vacuum was in a different part of the parking lot. no refund offered. im about to go outside and actually clean the car that i just paid over $20 to have "cleaned." dont waste your money!

ive been going to this auto wash for about 7 years and they always do a so so job, but today they washed my change container of its change! i went to the manager and i was told they couldnt see anything on their one video camera so they trusted their guys, to bad for the customer....so my advice is to clear all your change before using this car wash....NOTE: im the only driver of this car and i checked and debated leaving the change in the car before i got out of it and so i immediately checked it when i got in...100% positive!

I asked the attendant to clean the pockets of my doors. They informed me that this is not something I normally do and he refused to do it. I then went to management asking for a refund. She proceeded to come out and look at it and explain to me they dont normally do the drink holders. I dont understand how this could be. She turned and walked away saying Im not going to argue with you. This lack of professionalism gives me reason never to go back to them.

A huge disappointment!!! The washed car had hairs in chair and not tiny dirty spots scattered on windshield. Plus, new footprint had been added on the rim of driver side, at least. After paying 18 bucks and at-a-glance examination of the wash, I can safely concluded that the my money had been turned into air. I will not buy service here for sure until a positive alteration in service can be convincing for me. It is truly unprofessional.

My mother was very impressed with this car wash and has been a loyal customer since I was a kid, until they stole her Lysol wipes and umbrella. If you use this car wash empty out your entire vehicle regardless if its small or irrelevant.Leave nothing for the thieves or you will be sorry.If you complain about something being stolen they will deny it. Mikes car wash is number one in my opinion.

No better bang for your buck! You get pleasant service and a great clean for $20. The line of cars waiting to go through say it all. You get a nice vacuum and they clean the glass, door frames and inside surfaces of your car. I take my car monthly when I want that little extra clean and I dont want to do it myself. Dont forget to tip, those guys and gals work hard!!!

Ive NEVER had a bad experience here and Ive been coming for 7+ years. Only giving 4 stars because I think their interior cleaning could be improved and customers would love it if they cleaned doors/door pockets. The Jasmine bomb air freshener is the best! :)

Horrible!!! Got my car washed and headphones were stolen out of car. Reviewed surveillance with manager, car mats were placed over windows so nothing can be seen. So manager said that it was nothing he could do since nothing could be seen.

Extremely high prices, poor cleaning, vacuuming, and detail work. Also the Manager is not accomadating and cares little about the customers. And the prices are way more for an inside and outside wash and wax. Try $25.

On my first time there 10-24-2015 it cost me $22nd some change plus $1 for having an SUV and they didnt even vacuum out the back and didnt even do a good job vacuuming out the rest of my vehicle. VERY DISSATISFIED
