Go here if you want your cars exterior to be scratched. I visited Pure Magic Car Wash on US-321 on 1/4/17 for a car wash on the way to work. When I looked closer at my car paint around lunchtime that day, I noticed dozens on small scratches down both sides of my cars exterior. My car has less than 10k miles (I bought it new) and given that its my first new car I have ever owned, I am very aware of any dents or scratches on my car. I can say with confidence that these scratches were not present before using this car wash. I drove back to the car wash to speak to a manager. The manager came out (some kid in his 20s) and it was clear from the start that he was very skeptical of my claims (that the scratches occurred as a result of their brushes, etc.). In addition to being dismissive of having any responsibility for the scratches, he added that the scratches were small enough that "they could be buffed out."

They arent nearly as friendly and Ive not seen them washing the brushes inside after closing time like I have the one on Simmons Road, off of Lovell Road. I quit going here because of that and all the scratches I was getting on our Ford Expedition. Went there today after almost a year of avoiding it to do a wash and mainly to use the vacuums, since its alot closer then the one on Simmons Road. I was disappointed yet again. My household vacuums have more suction then these here.

I was not very pleased after buying the monthly package after speaking with blaze sorry for the spelling if uncorrected assured me it was a fluke and it should have came out cleaner.I was invited to go back through the wash it came out sparkling I have been back about 10 times everything is perfect he even came out this time after the wash and ask if everything was clean thank you for caring and taking care of the customer

I drove my car through the car wash three times they thought maybe it was because of my roof racks so I took it off and it did not get it cleaned but the staff did try and help me they were polite when it did not get cleaned the third time they gave me a refund

Affordable, fast, and does a great job of getting my car clean. The free vacuuming thats included makes this an excellent deal for me. I use to spend more at other car washes for the vacuuming alone. (I have 3 messy kids.)

Received a good wash, but I wish they would pre-pay both sides of the car. They only did the driver side. The free vacuums is a plus as well. Nice covered area to clean and vacuum you car as well.

Dont waste your money here. Prices have gone up with absolutely no improvement in washes and the vacuums do not have enough suction lime they use to.
