Their floor mat machine ate my floor mat and refused to return it. They called a manager to come and pry it out. He returned after a while and got the mat out. He said the machine was only for cloth, not rubber mats. I asked where it said that - the answer was nowhere. OK - dont worry about it. Since I was now 1/2 an hour late for an appointment (thanks to them) and already at the wash anyway I pulled around for a car wash. How long could that take? I was waited on by a young guy with a beard, a bandanna, and a GIANT chip on his shoulder. Can you at deduct the $1.00 I put into the floor mat machine? No. Can you ask the manager? He left. Can you call the manager? No. When will he be back? No answer. Can you at least do something for me? No. Youre being disrespectful. Leave or Ill call the cops. Seriously? Call the cops because your machine ate my floor mats and you refuse to give me back a dollar - and Im trying to spend money with you? Call the cops because I sound frustrated with your total lack of concern? These place is unbelievable. Ill wash the car in my driveway before Ill them molest it again.

Typically I dont leave reviews. If I like a place I go back, if I dont like it I dont go back. Pretty simple. But I see a bunch of nasty reviews on here. The owner gives a great, courteous, and professional response, and then the person (customer) never responds or follows up. So, just for whats its worth, I go about once a week. I pay SIX dollars, and my car looks great. They spray it down, and the car wash itself does a great job. And if your car isnt 100 percent clean, the owner seems to take responsibility. However in my opinion, its a six dollar wash. Take it or leave it man. If youre that particular about your car wash it yourself. Great work guys.

Let me first start off by saying this is my first time ever reviewing a company online but I feel I need to warn others. I paid $20 to upgrade my car wash to include rims and my rims came out half washed and still dirty. More importantly though, there is a large scratch on my hood. Manager told me its impossible their machine did it so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I checked pictures of my vehicle from a few days prior and no scratch. It is visible from my driver seat and was noticed within five minutes of leaving here. Long story short I will NEVER be returning to this place.

If want to get your car wet, this is the place to go. Staff doesnt utter a word. Doesnt greet you or thank you for your business. The attendant basically came up and stuck a laminated card in my window took my credit card and walked away. Came back and handed me credit card all without saying a word. I was a burden to their business since I showed up and wanted their service. I would have got better service at a self serve wash. See my picture of buying the upgraded rim bright and tire shine...

$15 platinum wash used to give you a rewash within three days. They stopped that. The platinum wash doesnt give you a hand dry or vacuum. There is another car wash down the the road that will vacuum out your interior and hand dry the exterior for $10

The car wash itself is really good for its price especially with the new features. There are 2 awesome workers that work there, one is short with a beard and the other is tall with brown hair. They are polite and spray down really good.
