I did not like my experience at this car wash. First, there was no sign to put the car in neutral, so I have no clue what to do when Im in the machine feeding my car through. FYI, there are different types of car washes, and not all of them use the roller feeders. The employee should have told me beforehand instead of passive aggressively staring at me as I drove through. They just motioned me to drive into the spinning jaws of the wash machine. Was freaking out because I couldnt tell what the machine was doing, it kept slipping and sliding the rollers under my wheels and so I felt like it was telling me to drive forward. Next, it uses the old style spinning brushes that beat the tar out of your car. They do not feature touchless washing. The machine beat so violently on my car that I had to get out and inspect for damage afterwards, didnt find any but it sure felt like it was hurting my car. I am pretty upset that I brought my car through that, was not a good experience and I wont be coming back. If you care about your car then stick with DIY washing or find a touchless car wash.

I was a customer of the car wash in Hixson at $3. When Surfs Up Car Wash opened its business in Signal Mtn where I live with the same kind of services and price-list, I started to use monthly their place... Recently without any advertising! they changed their price-list: from $3 to $5, that means 60% augmentation!!! The cleaning and drying at this price are still basic and not very good....car is not dry at the end of the process, you have to dry windows and mirrors by yourself....thats OK for me at $3 the job... But not at $5...also I am waiting to use my gift card for stopping doing business with this company. Today an employee answered me "all is so expensive, we had to raise our price list!!"...ok but nothing can justify a +60% on a basic cleaning without any substantial value!!

Went in today and went through the wash. When I got to the area to dry off my car I notice a bunch of bristle size scratches on the hood of my car. I went and got a manager cause my car is a 2016 model with only 4,000 miles on it and brand new. Manager came out, looked at it and said "You know what that is, its from a box that scratched it" Very well scripted and then proceeds to say "bring your car back around and well re-scrub it with the brush and show you" Which I declined and cause I did not want more scratches. Then he just walks off. Never going back here again, automatically accused me at fault. I havent had a box near my car since Ive had it.

Seriously, LOVE LOVE LOVE this car wash. Ive tried different levels of wash and they all cleaned my car. I literally drove 45 minutes. They offer FREE spray to clean the inside of your car, and they actually smell AMAZING. And they last until my next wash (about a week - possibly longer, but I went once a week). The vacuums have great suction and they have two different tips (one orange, which is thinner and was great for small spaces). I am moving away, and have looked where Im moving and cant find anything near what Surfs up offered. Will miss this place!

Great car wash, with free vacuum/ interior cleaning items to use. Vacuums have great suction, they provide mostly all the different types of cleaners most people use to clean the interior of the car. They even have different fragrances to spray inside your car, and the "New Car" scent is amazing. I accidentally left the car wash with some to use at a later date. The car wash is good, 3 or 4 different levels, the basic being $6.00 I think. This is the one that I get, as my POS 2004 Subaru doesnt deserve anything better. Good peeps working there to.

Love this place. Wish there were more locations around town. Top of of the line, no scratch equipment that really, really works to keep my black Infiniti M45 clean. Employees and staff really seem to care about the customers and are glad to help. Very impressed with this operation, so much so that I just signed up for the monthly package where pay a flat fee and then can run through the wash as often as I like/need for the next month. Super value with that.

We just got one of these washes in Harriman and it does a great job on washes. My only complaint is the girl that was guiding us in was too busy talking to the other employee and we ran up on the rail then she sprayed our windshield and we couldnt see her telling us to stop. Lastly when the sign says you close at 8, dont put everything up 25 min before then. Would have loved to clean our Windows but they put the towels and cleaner away.

Love this place. Though they attempt to disguise their cheapest wash by camouflaging it in with the background on their computer screen which I could see as a deceptive business practice towards the visually impaired or older folks. Besides that great place, get a 6 dollar wash and then vaccum your vehicle, air freshener, glass cleaner and rags included in price, not free.

Pretty hit or miss on whether youre gonna get all the soap off your car. I go because the monthly membership is cheap enough that I dont mind having to get out after every wash and get a little soap off.

For $20 I expect a carwash to get car clean. This was not the case, in fact car looked dirtier than before the wash because now I have wax and dirt lines. Also vacuums were horrible. Wont use again!

Great experience! Its under new ownership now and also touch-less. Free bottle of water and hand drying at the end of the wash. Ill definitely be coming back.
