Visited this car wash for years. Absolutely love the same friendly faces of employees. They remember my name & the package I always choose. I am in at least twice a month. The past few months things have changed. The gentleman at the desk (cashier) is rude. This hasnt been the first encounter with his rude and unbecoming attitude. The car wash always seems to be short staffed. And today, as cars are backed up and people are waiting he turned a employee away, and told her she should have called before coming in Bc she wasnt needed. They are short staffed! And I stood at the register waiting to pay along with another customer for almost 20 mins before the rude cashier was ready to check us out. All while my car was done being ran though the wash, and sitting there running, in Neutral, at the end of the car wash. They are so short staffed and poorly ran that watched a car finishing out of the wash and was getting ready to hit my car, Ran outside and move my own vehicle to the vacuums. I told the cashier about the problem and he laughed. Well after years of business & supporting the magic sparkle I will no longer be a customer. Today was my last car wash with Magic Sparkle.

I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! Dee, the owner needs to take responsibility of her employees mistakes!!! I bought a new jeep and had the windows tinted on 3/25/16, I took it on 4/15/16 to get cleaned at Magic Sparkle. When I got almost home I noticed that my tint on the passenger window was scratched. I called and was told that there was no one there to make a decision so that I would have to bring it back the next day. My husband and I took it back on 4/16/16 and Dee said there is no way that they did that because they only dry windows North, South, East and West!! My question is how in the world could she know that every employee dries windows that way? She is lucky that she had a sign posted that they are not responsible!! i used to go about every 2 weeks and pay $40 to clean my car, never again!

Avoid at all costs. They scratched my car back in January and I was given a free ticket for a wash. When I returned today they told me the paper wasnt valid and thats not the way to they comp washes. I talked to the owner. I told her thats not what I was told. she told me.as a businessman i should have knew better! When I told her I would not be coming back she smirked at said well you havent been in since January. I would have canceled my service but they had already taken my car back.A place the does business this way should be ashamed. It was only a 14 dollar car wash but the owner should have stood by her employees and said they made a mistake. Now they are left with one pissed off customer and this awful review on Facebook and every other sight I can find

I do not know if I should be happy or ashamed. They did a top notch cleaning my car inside and out. It would take me 2 hours to do all that. It is certainly worth the $22 bucks. I could be ashamed I let my car get so dirty that a good cleaning made it sparkle. I am going with happy they cleaned shined it up so nice. I was considering trading it in but now I think I will keep a while longer

Terrible....I have taken my car there for years and the last two times I had to go home and redo my windows and interior. I thought after the first time it was just a fluke but then I took it there yesterday and it was worse then the last time. I even paid extra to get my mats cleaned and they only vacuumed them...has something changed? I will find another place to take my car!

These people do an amazing job on your car, and are priced well below most of the new car washes. Those places seem to be popping up everywhere nowadays. Ive never had any issues, anything stolen, etc. They offer many options as well as a 30 minute quick wax, or even full detailing with an appointment! Save a few bucks and give them a try, and Ill bet youll be happy you did!

Inconsistent cleanings because they only spend a certain "amount of time" on each car instead of cleaning it until it is clean. Go to Thomas car was on Bardstown rd. Much better wash for about $5 less

Do not take vehicles with big tires here including newer corvettes. And check the job, sometimes its perfect and sometimes they forget to clean inside even though you paid for it

They just replaced their cloth rollers with foam fingers and I think it does a better job without leaving swirl marks on my wifes black car

They do a great job. Spend alot of time on your vehilcle and really care if you are satisfied. Couldnt do better for a car wash
