Great Customer Service! Yes you heard me right, I did say Customer Service in regards to a self-service auto wash. I had to post a review, because my experience with Thunder Falls totally blew me away (in a good way). I had a car wash, through one of their brushless automated stalls. The carwash was good, but I had some feedback I wanted to provide (very minor) and decided to call the number on the receipt. Here is where the company outperforms its competition. Not only did I get a call from the owner (im guessing), but the guy is so unbelievably concerned about making my experience a positive one. I was shocked, I mean this is a self-service car wash, i didnt expect someone to car so much about customer service. In the end, they won a customer for life. Its rare to find such service in a service industry (like a restraunt), but to find it in a place youd never expect, is what makes this company great. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

I go to alot of self spray washes in the greater GR area and this is one of my favorite ones. Its clean and everything always works. I just wish I got more time for my quarters here. I think you only get 0:30-0:35 for every additional quarter. If it was 40-45 seconds it would be the best car wash in the area.

Kept up and nice car wash center. We used self service but did not see any credit card readers in the bill changing area as advertised in all the wash stalls. Overall an awesome car wash. Would highly recommend
