I got my car washed here for over a year, and had very good experiences for the first few months. I had a monthly car wash plan that was affordable and I got 2-5 car washes per month. However In August 2016 I moved away from the area and needed to cancel my car wash plan. I informed the manager and he said he would cancel the plan. Then the following month (Sept.) I got a charge again, and I called the manager again to have it cancelled. He said that it was already cancelled, but I explained I can see the charge on my statement which clearly says "Best Express Car Wash", on the 15th of the month, as it had always been. I communicated with the manager in person and by phone and email off and on for several months, but the charges never stopped, as recently as Jan. 2017. I decided to file a fraud charges claim with my bank and got a new debit card. Finally this month the charges stopped, however my bank denied the claim stating the charges were legitimate, due to "correspondence with the business" - meaning they just asked the manager and he lied and said those were legit charges. If I had access to a cheap attorney I would sue for the fraudulent charges over 5 months, but the legal costs will out-weigh the money I would get in court. This business is dishonest and made no effort whatsoever to fix the fraudulent charges after I gave them plenty of opportunities over 6 months. I will never be getting a car wash here again.

My family has gone to this car wash two times. Both times we had to put up with one of the nastiest customer service reps Ive ever encountered. The older man claimed to be the owner and if thats so hed been better served taking whatever money he invested in this car wash and setting it on fire. He acts as if helping you is an imposition, actually swears at you (the f word, which I use myself but not when dealing with customers) and is just generally horrible to deal with. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time and he was just as big of a pain to deal with as he was the first time. Id had enough of this guy and simply backed out and left. There are plenty of places to wash your car. Avoid this one.

2nd Gen

I chose this car wash due to it proximity to an amusement park. To my surprise the wash was not bad. However, the attendant took my $20 bill and returned with nothing but a receipt and two tokens. Due to the fact I am on vacation and needing to get across town to pick up my family during rush hour I was unable to ask for my $10 in change that I was never given. I gave them two stars because of the over all experience, but if I could give zero stars for not returning my money I would. Beware!

great customer service and experience. We had extensive bird poop on our hood from parking under a tree. The employee not only power washed the area multiple times he hand scrubed off all the areas to treat the paint. A+ on attention to detail. I would Highly recommend this place.

We got the $10 wash and we were pleased. Great service and clean wash. One of the spinners didnt touch or truck and the vacuum wasnt super powerful, but you do get a free vacuum with wash. Id say worth the price.

Website phone number is a fax machine. Web page Also says that they are open till 8p. When I got there at 7:45 were closed. The sign posted only gave the hours they open?! Help

My SUV was covered in salt from a trip back from Chicago. I did the $13 wash and was pleased with the results. Ill go back when Im in need of a quick wash.
