The location in Athens, TN is a joke. I have paid every month for a top of the line membership ever since this place opened. I drove all weekend long in ice and snow and when I went for my wash today, the teenage attendant refused to pretreat or spray my vehicle before entering the wash tunnel. I have a brand new $55,000 truck in black and everyone knows what salt will do to black paint if not pre-rinsed, it will scratch the crap out of it from the salt. They have always pretreated my truck when I visited this location. The young punks excuse for this was "because they were giving free washes today, they werent doing any pre-treat" Well what the hel* about us loyal customers that pay every month, instead of just when the car is dirty???? I will be filing a BBB complaint in the morning for a refund of my past months membership. Customer beware of this location, that it currently has awful management and obviously lazy employees!!!!

Went thru the car wash after pre washing it at their pre wash station. Paid $15 to get it washed, tire shine, sealant, etc. after going thru I left and went down to Walmart where when I got out noticed that the back of my truck had not been washed that the soap from when I pre washer it was not dried on it. So I went back and they proceeded to tell me that because of new adjustments to the equipment it wont get the back of the truck. Now I did proceed to argue with them over the fact that I just paid $15 for only 3/4 of my truck to get washed and that I was not happy dude has the audacity to tell me that I had paid $15 and that I had already got my truck washed.... Uh ya only 3/4 of it! After leaving I got home and noticed that it missed A LOT of spots. I will be calling my credit card company and disputing the charge all together. I didnt pay to get 3/4 of my truck washed. I will never be going back there again!

I have been here a few times. The first time was in my brand new Rav4. It managed to rip the weatherstripping off the top of my car. I put it back on, and just put it back on and left. Had my car washed about a month ago, and everything was good except the back didnt get washed. Now today I went, and have had the worst wash ever. Complete waste of $12. One side of my car is somewhat washed. There is still dirt on the rims, and the drivers side tires have some tireshine on them. The passenger side tires havent been touched though. Instead of tire shine on the tires, I have tire shine on the side of my car. I now have to go wash it again just to get my car clean. It is almost like it came out more dirty after washing it there. And again, the back of the car is almost untouched. They should advertise it as a 3/4 car wash. You have to go home and wash the other 1/4 yourself.

Didnt have much dirt on my jeep renegade paid the 18 package thinking it would be nice and it took 45 seconds to drive thru I was only 10 feet from the car in front of me the guy with the hose at the beginning just waved it around like he was just ready to clock out and go home got to the end the jet dryers just blew soap upwards and it was a pleasant experience i pulled around to vacuum and all i see was soap everywhere, ill never go back and ill make sure thru Facebook that others know about this rip off place ,I got home and had soap spots all over my car wound up hand wasing it myself .

I went through this car wash in Athens and it broke my side murror i asked to speak to the manager which pissed me off cause his comment to me after asking me the year of my vehicle was "this car is 10 years old" very poor customer service, and poor management all i wanted was a temporary fix and he refused, i called the police made a report and he didnt even know the address to his own business he is running, i also called corporate about getting the district managers contact info and no one would provide me with that. NEVER did he apologize to me

Overall a good carwash. The only problem Ive had is that I have rain guards on my windows & the suds dont get rinsed of any of my windows. I REALLY wish they would adjust the sprayers for that.

Good car wash for the most part. It dont always get the soap off well. Dryer dont work the best, but that seems to be the cast with most cat washes
