I went to this car wash once about a year ago. I tried to do the automatic car wash but it was broken. Recently, I decided to give them another shot this time with the manual wash. Well, the first two steps in the wash (pre-soak and tire cleaner) did not work. The nozzle never sprayed any cleaning materials. I thought maybe I just needed to give it some time to work its way through the hose. So I wasted about a minute and a half of my ten minutes on this. I proceeded to finish the wash. As I was drying the car, I noticed that there spots all over. They werent normal white water/soap spots, they were brown and very dirty looking. I think my car came out dirtier than it went in. Lastly, when I went to vacuum my car, the selector switch between normal vacuum and turbo vacuum didnt do anything to the vacuum (which was very weak).

I used this car wash for the first time 1/16/10. My car got a soaping and then the car wash shut down. I could not see anything due to the soap and the unit never started again. The door was shut so I could not drive away. I kept honking my horn. No one came except the customers lined up behind me. They said the office was locked and there was no staff on the premise and no emergency number on the money machine.. All of us were able to back out. My credit account was debited $10. I found the number on the internet (the number on this web site) and it is a fax number. I need my $10 back and others need to know what kind of business this is.

I too recently just had the same issue. Car wash started, didnt finish and had to back out and my car was never completely washed and looked worse than when I went in. Im going to try and use that fax number but Im guessing it will never be responded to (I tried calling). What a joke, how can they not have a phone number or someone to deal with these issues. AVOID THIS PLACE AND DONT SUPPORT A TERRIBLE BUSINESS LIKE THIS!!!

First bay had quarters stuck in it. $3 lost. Next bay took my money but the high pressure hose was no better than using my thumb on a garden hose. Worst off of all the rinse cycle had soap in it after 1 minute, after 2 minutes, after 4 minutes. Bottom line, car was 10% cleaner than before I started, but dried with soap scummy spots. Not worth it.

Completely worthless car wash. The automatic washs dryers dont work, the machine doesnt take the coins it gives you in change, and it doesnt even get your car clean in any way. The people that own/operate this place are crooks. Never going here again.

I dont want to write the same thing as Shirley, but I too had the same exact problem and it was my first visit. I am not happy and would also like my money back, there is No Telephone No. To call! What is up with that? Something needs to be done FAST.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I paid and it didnt even get tokens back. The machine was apparently out. The dryer also didnt work. $20 later my car still needs a wash.. dont go there!!!!

Never had issues with the machines. Ive gone there to manually wash my car over two dozens of times. I dont like to use the automatic car wash. I seem to get better results doing it by hand.

Did not clean the car at all. I think the car came out dirtier than it was in the first place . This has happened twice but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Fool me once...

Ive been here atleast 5 times now, most of the time the hoses have soap in them so you leave with your car looking dirtier than it did before going in. Avoid this place.

Oasis car wash is a scam. Dosent get your car clean and the vacuum to clean the inside of your car is a piece of junk. DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!
