After a painful (learning) experience with a less-than stellar contractor, we hired CCFF to come in and "fix" our botched kitchen renovation. We went into the project with conservative expectations, considering the amount of work that would need to be done to repair the damage. CCFF blew those expectations out of the water! Not only did they show genuine empathy for the sideways process wed already been through, but they very clearly were doing everything in their power to make sure they were going to be able to put our puzzle back together. There were so many eyes on this project, we truly felt taken care of. Jenna and her team were great with making design suggestions regarding paint colors, hardware, etc. as well as functional design elements. The project started two days after we had initially thought it would start, but the communication was excellent and we were assured that the later start date wouldnt delay our "deadline." In fact, it was completed a day SOONER than expected. We are absolutely THRILLED with the finished product and most pleased with the level of service and professionalism with which we were shown. Its truly been a breath of fresh air after the last 6 months weve had! THANK YOU! We will be recommending this company to all our friends and will no doubt be repeat customers :) This job was worth every penny to us...the peace of mind knowing it would be done in a timely manner and CORRECTLY is priceless. Jenna Hill and CCFF did an AMAZING job on my kitchen! The completed kitchen came out better than I imagined it would! Jennas design recommendations were spot on. The CCFF showroom is beautiful and makes picking out design choices easy. Our kitchen got new doors/drawers, pulls, counters and backsplash, a new microwave cabinet, a larger island to accommodate built-in garbage, cabinets converted to deep drawers (fantastic to keep everything organized), and Jenna also suggested leveling the bar and adding an apron and legs which looks gorgeous! The amount of counter space I gained is incredible and our entire kitchen looks larger, brighter and modern. The CCFF crews were punctual, very skilled/talented, friendly and also neat and the CCFF office team were very professional and communicated regularly about the schedule of events. Believe it or not, our project was finished ahead of schedule. I’m ready to do our master bath now! Highly recommend Jenna and CCFF.

My kitchen looks beautiful! Everyone at Creative Cabinets and Faux Finishes was extremely professional, helpful and prompt. I recommend them highly! The process was easy, and while it is never fun to have your kitchen out of commission for several days, the staff made it as smooth and easy as possible. Susan suggested adding ship lap on the peninsula and the results are amazing. The carpenter work adding crown molding, ship lap and end panels was excellent. The painting crew was wonderful as well. They took lots of time taping and protecting appliances, etc. The quality of the work overall is superior, and it was easy to make my selections in the beautiful show room. My kitchen looks as if I replaced my cabinets and it looks brand new. Thank you to everyone at Creative Cabinets and Faux Finishes!!! I am amazed at the results and extremely happy!

Working with Creative Cabinets was an excellent experience. They are quite knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect finish for my kitchen cabinets. Communication was fantastic - both Susan & Jenna were easy to get in touch with and responded to questions in a very timely manner. They were also extremely flexible and accommodating - once we decided to do the job, they were actually able to start the very next day in order to work with our very tight timeline. The team that came to work on the cabinets was always on time and very professional - took very good care to protect all of our appliances and other areas of the house so not get sprayed with the paint. Once the job was complete, the team left a very clean kitchen area. Our new cabinets look spectacular and I would highly recommend Creative Cabinets!

So pleased!!.....I first used Jennas firm one year or so ago. I had suffered a kitchen flood . Her work was beautiful, timely, and on budget. The finish is amazing. Then, I had another kitchen flood in May (bad luck!). This is where I really feel gratitude to Jenna. She had someone from her office come right out, look at the damage, then sent me a quick estimate. Then she scheduled her carpenter to come fix the damage followed by her magic painters and glazers. I was so grateful for her prompt rescue. She is a pleasure to deal with, her back office is so well organized. They are highly responsive, and her finished work is extraordinary. I also feel that her pricing is very fair, and overall they provide a marvelous value. I could not be more pleased.

The crews in my house were on time, respectful, very friendly, and professional. They are meticulous about the details, and when I had a question they answered it and/or made adjustments for me. This company is great! My cabinets look fantastic! Their communication with the customer is exceptional,the painters were so polite and professional. I was always a little skeptical with having cabinets painted because I thought that when people looked at them they would be able to tell that they were painted,but it is not the case with the work done by Creative cabinets,my cabinets look like brand new! I will recommend this company to all of my customers and friends. What a terrific company to work with! They painted my kitchen cabinets & living room bookshelf. It looks beautiful & like they came straight from the factory. They are so professional from start to finish. Also, I was very impressed by their time schedule being adhered to so strictly. They started & finished exactly when they said they would. Susan Fossum was the Salesperson with whom I originally met. She was very knowledgeable in offering me her expertise & opinions.
