Please, please, please be very careful with Granite & Cabinet Direct. We bought our cabinets and had them installed by their very own installers. The installers arent careful at all. After having them install our cabinets, we had them come back to fix broken pieces, which looked like they had been carelessly forced on during the installation and caused our cabinets to have cracks and dents only days after being installed. They returned about a week later to patch things up with wood fillers, very bad idea! Now a year later the hinges are not working correctly, and guess what? The cracks filled with wood filler are now more visible than ever before. I called to have them come back and apparently my 12 month warranty was up, we are no longer eligible. They counted my warranty from the day we ordered, not from the day of installation & breakage, how convenient, right! To make things worse, the person in charge, Claudia, was supposed to "find" our file and return my call. After not hearing from anyone 2 weeks later, I called her back and she told me that theres a $150 dollar charge to come back and check the problem. She would review my file again and return my call. Still one week later and no call, I still have not heard from her. I am beyond disappointed and I dont want anyone else to have to go through this horrible experience.

The granite looks great and the prices were the best in town. Also, the installation guys were very friendly and did a great job. However, I received a phone call on the day of installation about a half hour before they were on my door step. Nobody from the shop called previously to inform me that I had been scheduled for that day so I had to race home from work unexpectedly to meet them. Also, I dropped off my new faucets to have them installed prior to delivery, but instead the installers just brought the faucets with them and left them on the floor still in the box. If you are on a budget and looking for cheap countertops that look great this is the place, but dont expect much customer service for they are certainly lacking in that department.
