Awesome experience. Cabinets came in on time, and the crew that installed them did a wonderful job. Paid attention to detail and did an excellent job. The manager, Tim, is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We ended up with an extra cabinet, and Tim was willing to take it back and credit us. My husband was in the construction industry and was very surprised that Tim was willing to do that for us. Thankful we followed our gut and chose Cabinets to Go after reading the negative reviews. Overall we had an excellent experience!

The initial buying experience was actually pretty impressive. They came to the home when scheduled and were very professional. The installation was ok. A few months after installation, two of the drawers wont close properly and they want nothing to do with resolving this problem. So apparently, once they have your money, customer service becomes a non-issue.

Lies, lies, lies. Over 4 months of this...good luck getting calls returned. Joe the store manager will screw you over any way he can. Literally the worst experience Ive had during an entire home remodel. Save your sanity and shop elsewhere.

Very helpful staff. Well made cabinets, no MDF. Came within 2 weeks of ordering. Pay to have the lazy susan assembled! The store is very busy on Saturdays, if you go on Sat go early.
