We contracted this company to do a kitchen renovation. When we met with the salesman Greg Hanson we asked him if we needed to remove the boxes on top of the existing cabinets as we were going to replace the whole ceiling in te kitchen, and he indicated that was not necessary and the installation will have no gaps and that it was going to be professionally done. After I made a formal complain to the company that they left 2 gaps around the microwave and that they left big gaps all around the top of the cabinets that they couldnt filled with coking, they wanted me to pay an additional $350 to install a molding to cover the gaps they left open. They never told me at front that it was going to be a gap that was going to look terrible. They dont care about their customers. I never signed a completion of the job as I was out of town and nevertheless they charged my credit card without my authorization and approval of the finished job, which was not finished properly. The owner Alan Apple is very unprofessional and he refused to fix it and do it right.

Kitchen Fronts of Georgia. Where do I start? They came real quickly to my home to give an estimate and were prompt in finishing the job. The issues started a year later. The finishing on the cabinets have started to fade and the quality of wood that was used was not the best. Little circular splotches have appeared on the wood trim. We have tried to contact Kitchen Fronts several times and they have not return our calls. Beware the cabinets from Kitchen Fronts may be cheaper now but you will pay for it down the road when said cabinets have to be replaced again sooner than later. SO buyer beware... you get what you pay for. I would have given this company a 1/2 star if possible. Hopes this review helps you make a better decision than we did. Thank you

I was given the name of this company from a friend and called today to make an appointment for someone to come out to the house for an estimate. After speaking to the lady that answered the phone I changed my mind about doing business with a company that doesnt have friendly customer service. First impressions are important. Even though there are several positive posts about this company I still would not do business with them or refer them to a friend.

Totally hate the customer service . Called and had an issue with my appointment. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the same rep i was dealing with pretended to be a supervisor and was so rude. I think her name was Michelle. She was rude and stated she was going to hang up on the call. I am not a new customer but that was my last time using them and never will i refer

From the sales rep to the office staff to the installer it was a great experience. They were friendly, prompt, neat and courteous. In 5 days I have a brand new kitchen with a granite countertop at an affordable price. I already recommended them to 2 of my friends who are using Kitchen Fronts for their kitchens. Highly Recommended!

I didnt have them do the job for me - I ordered doors. The hinge machine broke down but they apologized when I called enquiring about the delay. When you weight it up - price and product - its a good deal - and its a locally owned family business - which I always like.
