I am very disappointed that I did not get the same treatment from Majestic Plumbing & Electric as the reviews I am reading here. Matt was the plumber that was sent to do a simple disconnect of my kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal... as well as, only disconnecting my gas range. I was in a pinch to get this done today as my granite counters are being installed tomorrow. Matt was only there for approximately 1 hour, no materials were needed and he charged me $680 to disconnect the above mentioned items. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I am a woman and I was in a pinch to get this done before tomorrow morning. After speaking with other contractors... I was repeatedly told, "Im so sorry. It looks like he screwed you over." It is not right that a single mother can not rely on a professional business to not take advantage of her. I am so upset that I went along with the payment. However, I have canceled them to come back for the reconnect after the granite is put in, as he has quoted $670 to reconnect.. for a grand total of $1350 to provide no more than a couple of hours of work and no parts.. I have since been quoted by two other plumbers to do this work for no more than $200.

I offer daily "colonic" sessions six days a wk...so having plumbing issues is unacceptable. After calling and paying for plumbing services with two other unnamed local plumbing companies for this exact problem......I was pleasantly surprised at the superb service provided by Majestic Plumbing. Friday morning, Stephanie answered and assured me that someone would be there between the hours of 12-2. Unbelieveable..Jason and Cain were on time!!!! After explaining the situation, they went right to work. In less then 15 minutes a REAL solution was near; Plumbing 101 was in session! 30 minutes later....Im back in business. Not only did they repair this constant problem....they guaranteed their work with CONFIDENCE and at an affordable price; much less than my previous billings. Again, Jason and Cain were truly a GOD send and I appreciate them both!.

They charged my $9200 for plumbing and electrical work. Then, they charge me an additional $126 to move an outlet up, probably a couple of inches, because it was in the way of where the countertops are going. THEN, they threaten to cancel the warranty if we try to repair it ourselves. THEN, they threatened to have the electrical inspection on my house upheld until I pay the $126. These people are crooked and I regret that I ever did business with them. Unethical and INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED.

I called Majestic, Shumate, Plumbing Express, and Bardi to get quotes to fix a gas leak in my basement. All of them gave me quotes in the thousands of dollars except for Bardi, who looked at it and said it was simply a loose washer on a valve and fixed it for sixty-eight dollars. The Bardi technicians name was Samuel Barker. It seems these days an honest plumber is more rare than a unicorn, but Bardi is the real deal. I will definitely call them back for some much bigger projects coming up.

I found Majestic Plumbing doing a search online, and I highly recommend this company. The owner was responsive, timely, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. He went above and beyond to provide solution that saved me over $400 compared to other quotes I received.

Joseph from Majestic has come over on several occasions to help us solve a water leak, fix a leaky toilet pipe, and install a toilet. He arrive on time and was very professional and friendly. A great company to deal with! Highly recommended.

Ben was great... hard to be excited about spending $ on plumbing but I do feel like Majestic is fair with quality work. This is the third time weve used them for plumbing needs.. would absolutely recommend them!
