Dewayne was recommended to me by a coworker who had only used his services once but were very pleased with his work, his professionalism and his pricing. A couple of months ago I had an electrical issue and called one of the big electrical companies and they came out. Prior to fixing my issue, I was presented with some type of "package to choose from to fix my problem. Being in need, I choose a package. Two months later, the same issue presented itself, so I called this big electrical company back saying the same issue happened and asked if they came back out, would I be charged a service fee. They said it "depended". It was at this time, I decided I was going to pay someone else the service fee and hopefully get it fixed correctly. I contacted Dewayne and he was very polite and worked with my schedule, arrived on time, I explained the issue and that I had just had it fixed a couple months earlier. He found the problem, (the other company had not fixed it correctly and damaged some things in the process that I was not aware of). He fixed the issue, replaced another outlet that needed replacing and when I went to pay, his price was a lot cheaper than the company that previously had "fixed" it. I only had to pay for what work he did and what he replaced. When I went to pay him, he told me he was giving me a discount since I had already had someone else out there and they did not fix it correctly. He said it was not fair to me. It is hard to find an honest, reliable, dependable and reasonably priced repair person of any type these days, but I believe I have found one in Dewayne. We contacted several people about hanging a ceiling fan and installing an exterior outlet. Thomas electrical was the first company that answered the phone when we called, they arranged for a worker to come by the next day. The guy called prior to inform us he was about 15 mins away, showed up and gave us advice on the exterior wall outlet. We ended up not getting the outlet installed due to the fact we did not want to risk possible interior sheet rock damage. We did get a ceiling fan installed, he installed the fan in a quick fast manor. The whole process took about 30 mins, and the installer was extremely nice and polite. We will definitely be using the company again and referring them to other people.

All I can say is wow! They have been amazing to work with and so friendly to speak with. Very professional and good at having a direct line of communication. We received multiple quotes from different electricians to complete our job and Thomas Electrical offered a very competitive bid. They knocked out the job in a day as described and we were up and running. The quality is top notch and the products used were all made in the USA. We will be utilizing Thomas Electrical Solutions again! Definitely do your homework before seeking any quotes and have multiple offers before you decide on any medium to large job.

After finding my well pump breaker off the other morning I called Dewayne to see about scheduling a repair. He could not come out as he was in Atlanta but, told me that he would try to get in touch with someone else. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Mike who came out about an hour later. I was very impressed with the consideration of both Dewayne and Mike and their willingness to help correct the problem.
