UPDATE: Mr Anderson made the effort to correct the previous mistakes, and was very honest in his responses. I have not had the occasion to utilize the b/up generator; however based on Mr Andersons professionalism, I am certain that he will stand behind his product.

The sales staff recommended that i go to ACE hardware for parts for my 35KW generator. Not helpful at all. These girls probably should be working for ACE hardware in the tool section or the interior decorating section. Would not recommend to a friend.
