I want to express my sincere appreciation for you all. When my heater had issues I did not have any idea who to reach out to and located Hammond with a quick "Newnan GA heater repair". Within a couple of hours I had received 3 very friendly and courteous replies. I was able to get scheduled for the next evening. When the tech (Wayne) showed up I was so relieved to see a friendly, professional and personable tech who had no problem with me sitting there asking questions. Never once did he look at his phone or watch. Even though it was after 6 he did not act tired or in a hurry. That could have been his first call of the day from his manner and he was very through and pleasant the entire time. I was nervous when it came time to write out the check but blown away by no added fees or surprises to the flat rate. This exp made me confident that I did not need anyone else to come out. Once the part arrived I was scheduled promptly and was really happy to see Wayne there again since he already was familiar with it all. Wayne made the repair, also went above and beyond by explaining some basics, giving me some tips and cleaning off the fan as well. Again, I was concerned and had not made out the check but the price I was quoted was firm. You all (let me say dispatch was a joy to speak with as well) and especially Wayne have worked to earn a lifetime customer in me and I have already shared my experience with all the folks here at work and suggested they all keep you at the top of the list. Thank you so much, there are not enough kind words to express my appreciation and relief to you all, especially Wayne who is a fantastic representation of your company and a great example of something that we have lost. A personable, professional that takes care of the situation like it was his own home and seems more than glad to do so.

Of course, our AC decided to quit at 9:00pm on a Saturday evening AND on a holiday weekend. We called Hammond and I must admit, the answering service leaves a lot to be desired. When we first called on Saturday night, they told us there was nothing they could do to help us (not to mention, with a baby in the house, we were considered an emergency situation). Desperate, we decided to call them back first thing on Sunday morning. The answering service seemed pretty unknowledgeable and rude - the woman got our phone number and address wrong and couldnt give us accurate pricing. We were nervous about who would be coming to our house. BUT, answering service issues aside, the technician who showed up to our house was AWESOME. He was so knowledgeable and quick and knew what he was doing. We were so pleased with him. I wouldnt hesitate to call this company back in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone. Also, they didnt try to take us for all our money - and we were out the door for $450. Be patient with the answering service - once you get past it, the technicians are GREAT!!!! Thank you Robert!!!

Our electrician, JD, deserves a big shout out! He is so friendly and such a hard worker. Very professional and never complained about working outside in 91 degree heat. He had a big job to do after our previous contractor made mistakes. We have confidence that JD knows what he is doing and he cares about doing the job right the first time. In fact, everyone we have met from Hammond Services seems to really care about providing quality service. It is obvious the company makes a special effort to hire and train good people. Marty, Justin, TJ, Tony, David...even the ladies in the office deserve a shout out. After having poor experiences with other contractors in the past, we are so thankful to have finally found a contractor we can trust to help us take care of our home. Thank you! And seriously...it was SO hot outside today....JD deserves a bonus.

We have our air conditioned service with HAMMOND and have always been pleased with their service. We have a maintenance plan that offers other service, electrical, plumbing etc. Our hot water heater decided to go out in the middle of the night last night....called their after hours number expecting to just leave a message but to my surprise someone answered, took my info and since we were able to water from leaking we just left a message for someone to call this morning..... soon after they opened we received a call and within in no time a plumber was at our door and everything was taken care of! Russell was he plumber and was very polite and did what he had to do to get the job done! My husband and I highly recommend HAMMOND for your needs around your home.... not just air conditioning!!!

Russell & Richard were very professional and very sweet. I got home just as they were finishing up on the installation of all my new gas lines, they were here almost all day, & I am very "paranoid" (to say the least) when it comes to natural gas but they didnt make me feel like I was being "silly" for feeling that way. They were both very understanding and assured me that everything was done correctly and if I had any problems or concerns not to hesitate to call. Its really hard to find companies that still put their customers & their concerns 1st. Highly recommend them & this company to anyone looking for Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, etc.

Russell and Willie were amazing. I have worked with Russell in the past and he always does a great job and takes pride in his work. This was Willies first time here and he is a hard worker as well. They both worked through the night to try to get the job done but unfortunately was unable to get more parts due to the time. Rick came out in the morning after calling and he did not have a sense of urgency. Once I got Russell and Willie back here the job got done. This was a very stressful situation not having any water to the building but Russell and Willie were determined to get it done. Thank you both.

Russell was a phenomenal technician. He arrived at our house in a timely manner. He was very polite, courteous, and informative. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He went over the service plan in detail with what the pros and cons of purchasing the plan was vs. not. He was also gentle in giving us the cost of the service (since no one really "likes" spending triple digits on plumbing services). We would definitely use and request him again if another need arises for his services.

Justin was my technician today and within 5mins had the problem diagnosed and a solution with reasonable pricing was presented to me. Im always impressed with Hammond and the techs they send out.
