I recently hired Eric to wire my unfinished basement. He did everything to code and was the most professional and easy to talk to contractor Ive worked with on my basement finishing project. His prices are fair. They may not be the lowest or highest, but youll get your moneys worth and then some. His employees are courteous and polite, and his staff always shows up on time. He is quick to answer phone calls as well as texts and his work is top notch. After completing all of the other work I had done in the basement I called Eric back for him to finish his wiring and install the light fixtures. To my surprise when I came home that night he had installed an extra light in my under the stairs closet and did not charge for the extra work. He just said he figured Id need it. This is the kind of business youre dealing with when you hire MC6. A company that isnt just about the bottom dollar. A local, family business that does things right the first time. I dont know how long Ill live in Newnan, but for as long as I do MC6 electric will be my first call for any electrician work I may require. I give my highest recommendation for MC6 Electric LLC.

Made an appointment last week to have 3 receptacles changed out in my house. They say no job is too small. I was quoted that it would be $75 total for the job which seemed fair. I set the appointment for 4 days after the call, for Tuesday afternoon at 230p. My husband took off work to be here. At 330pm and no one having arrived, my husband called and was told by the woman who answered the phone that she had no idea who we were and were we sure that the appt wasnt for between 2-4pm. Yes, were sure. Still, a no-show. No call. Nothing. Obviously some jobs are too small. 11/4/14- After receiving a phone call subsequent to my first 1-star review, I allowed Eric to come out and correct the issue as well as complete another electrical job that had come up in the interim. He came out on a Saturday and did well. Im changing my review to 4-stars based only on the original incident (not sure how there was confusion but we are all human!) but otherwise he did remedy the situation quickly so 4-stars.

I bought an older home in Newnan Georgia built in 1940, I knew that I would have to replace the entire electrical system. I called a couple of electric companies for estimates they all gave me a fair estimate to replace the fuse panel with a 200 amp service, completely re-wire the entire house and take out the old conduit and porcelain insulators. I settled on MC6 because of Eric’s professionalism, he explained exactly what needed to be done, explained the estimate in a way that I understood and delivered on his promises. Eric’s honesty and integrity is what drew me to use his company versus the competition. With MC six there was no surprises, he did what he said he would do, on time and on budget. I’ve never had a company so fair and honest with attention to detail in the work they performed and with a written guarantee. I would use them again, there’s no reason to call anyone else after having MC6 do such a fantastic job, and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Eric is a nice guy and knowledgable, I gave him four stars for the following reasons: On more than one occasion he had to reschedule after he was already supposed to be on site. The can lights in my basement were installed but not aligned correctly I asked him to fix this in which he tried but still did not align them correctly. He requested that I pay him for the entire quote before the work was complete, I kept a retainage but he insisted I must pay him immediately following completion. Now Im left with work he quoted me or I asked him to add that is incomplete and having to hire another electrician!

While replacing a fan in on of the bedrooms in my house, I managed to trip the breaker and cause 2 rooms in my house to not have electricity. I contacted Eric, and I am greatful I did! Eric is great to work with! He had someone out to my house within 24hrs, and was able to get my issue resolved quickly and professionally. Not only did he know how to get my issue fixed, but gave me some pointers for the next time I decide to be brave and try another handy-man project. I recommend his work to anyone looking for reliable, quick, and quality work.
