We had a laundry list of items that we needed completed as a result of our home inspection in order to bring our home up to code, update lighting, and troubleshoot various electrical issues. We reached out to several local electricians to do the work and Rose Bros & Sons were the only ones to call back. They updated the outside lighting and brought it up to code. They spent time troubleshooting (and repairing) a bad string of outlets in our basement and kept us in the loop on the amount of time they were anticipating the repair to take along with diligently mitigating the need to possibly drill into the dry wall. In trying to find the cause of our outlet issue they discovered blown GFIs and repaired all unidentified issues as well. They were also a great resource in our research for having a whole home surge protector installed. Lastly, I greatly appreciate their willingness to communicate via email. I travel a great deal for work and unfortunately, by the time I have a few minutes to follow up on home projects its typically after hours and an email can be the easiest way to get service dates scheduled and questions answered! We will definitely use Rose Bros & Sons for future projects!

I called Rose Brother’s electric to get a quote on some electrical work as we wanted to replace a couple of outdoor fixtures, add an outdoor outlet, update a couple of ceiling fans and have a bad outlet fixed. We scheduled for Tim who does quotes to come out on Thursday 4/27 between 1-2PM. At 10:30 on 4/27 I received a call saying Tim could not make it could they reschedule for Monday 05/01 between 1-2. I rescheduled. At 10AM I again received a call stating three of their employees were out and they were overloaded with emergency calls from the storms could I please reschedule for the next day 05/02 again between 1-2 I again agreed. On the morning at 5/2 I again received a call stating they were still overloaded with emergency calls thye apologized and said we can reschedule you firmly for Tim to come out between 2-3 on Thursday 5/04. I again agreed. At 1:45 I get a call saying Tim just received an emergency no power call…. And again could not make it. While I tried to understand emergencies service for people without power… Four cancellations is an unacceptable disrespect for my time. Needless to say I did not reschedule again.

I called Rose brothers after the storms on 3/1/17 because power went out in three rooms in my home. Id never called an electrician before and found them based off a google search. A service tech named Mike came out figured out the issue in short time. He was finished in about 30 minutes. Later that evening the same lights and outlets went out again. Boy was I frustrated because wiring is like Chinese to me and I couldnt figure it out. I called Rose Brothers back and explained the issue. The owner personally came out to address it. He explained everything and told me how I could fix it. In my opinion he went above and beyond my expectation of service. I have found my go to electrician in the future. Thank you so much guys.

I cannot say enough good things about the team over at Rose Brothers & Sons! They are courteous and professional, and best of all they served as our advocate when dealing with the electric company. Processes and procedures are usually necessary, especially when youre dealing with electricity. However, sometimes processes and procedures get in the way of common sense. When the power went out at my mothers house, the electric companys processes and procedures caused a four day delay in getting the power restored. Thankfully, we decided to hire Rose Brothers & Sons Electric. They were able to help us cut through the red tape and get the power restored the same day. Thank you Vicky, Tim & Billy for going the extra mile!

Our electric panel failed on a Thursday evening and our power was shutoff. I called what I thought was a very reputable electric company and wasted half the day on Friday waiting for them to show up only to tell me they dont do service work. Then I called Rose Brothers and told them my situation. Tim Rose made restoring power a top priority and took care of us at a time when other electrical contractors werent willing or able to do the work because we were approaching the weekend. Tim gave us an estimate on a Friday afternoon and then had the work completed on Saturday. I believe theyre a very reputable company and I highly recommend them.

I had Rose Electric replace two GFI outlets and repair four regular outlets because of a home sale that was going to take place required it. I supplied the GFI outlets that I purchased from Lowes. One of the GFI outlets didnt work and I while I was under immense pressure to get it done, they made time for me and came out and fixed the outlet even though I had been rude to them. I will never go anywhere else for my electrical needs. Also, always buy your electrical supplies from Rose Electric because what Lowes and Home Depot sells is garbage. My experience with Rose Electric was wonderful and they went out of their way to ensure that it was.

I hate to leave bad reviews. I called this company because of the good reviews. The lady on the phone was very nice. I explained what I needed done. It was minor electrical work that I couldnt do because I was pregnant. She said it wouldnt be a problem. The guy came and everything I showed him and asked to do he said he couldnt for some reason I really dont know. Ended up paying 85$ for the service call for nothing. Had to call another electrician that did the job for me without a problem. Very disappointing

I called them because they have a good BBB rating and also because the flyer said free estimates as Im not sure why Im blowing lightbulbs like crazy however the lady I spoke to said that I need to know the problem or its a $100 an HOUR which is ridiculous they could be out here 5 minutes and charge me a 100 and I may not even like the estimate they give me which takes away my ability to shop around if they seem high. Super disappointed Ill be finding another company.

Rose brothers did installed overhead light fixtures and ceiling fans in every room in my home and did an excellent job. The guys were all very professional and they arrived when they said they would. Great service and i would definitely recommend them. They even sent a hand written Thank You card for my business after I paid my bill.

Rose Brothers put an electric outlet in my garden for a new fountain. Their price was very reasonable, and the work was good too. They cleaned up after all the digging in the yard and the garden before they left. I would recommend them to others. Prompt, courteous and good quality!. I am really enjoying my new fountain!

Arrived on time, Mike and Chris very professional, got on the job and finished promptly. I feel that they did the job they were asked to do, were open to help with anything else. Charged a reasonable rate. Very satisfied!
