Weve had nothing but a difficult time with this company. We were quoted for installing our utility tub AND a water heater and we were charged a little less for just the utility tub being installed, my husband had to go talk to them to get the price lowered since the amount they charged us was way more than even needed to be charged. When we first called, we never got a call back and had to try to continually get in contact with them, then they took over 2 months to finally send our bill. Very unhappy with this company and we will take our business elsewhere from now on. I dont recommend this company. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Our sump pump went out on a Sunday morning, and Laker was prompt to come out, assess the situation, and make the necessary improvements. They were easy to work with, and gave great feedback.
