First, they were 30 minutes late to my house/appointment. It was scheduled for 7am, so it wasnt due to an over ran previous appointment. It was due to laziness. Second, when the job was complete, the electrician tried to overcharge me. The secretary on the phone told me it would be $45 for the first hour and the electrician had a different number. When I corrected him, he immediately said “oh ok” let’s go with the figure you were given. But had I not mentioned or known the fee upfront I would have paid more money. I would NOT recommend this company especially if you have to be at work by a certain time. Do not assume they will be on time, because odds are they won’t be. This was a terrible experience. Since they were late, my visit should have been free, or at least heavily discounted. This is my opinion, but a GREAT company would have offered that to me. Thumbs down on service and price.

While looking for a local electrician we came across Zuercher Electric Company. We contacted them regarding some work to our home and Mike Coleman was sent to give us an estimate. Mike was pleasant, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! He gave us an estimate for multiple ceiling fans to be installed, repairs to an electrical box and line outside and LED lighting in the game room. We agreed on the work to be done and the estimated price was more than fair. Mike completed all the work in a very timely fashion and it was very professionally done!! I will reccommend Mike Coleman and Zuercher Electric Company for any and all of your electrical needs! An EXCELLENT company! Thanks again Mike Coleman!

The great folks at Zuercher made sure they could meet with us to discuss when we were in Tennessee for only two days. Received a very fair quote, made the arrangements over the phone/internet while at our other home, the Zuercher staff handled the job and completed it ontime without us even being around. Tremendous company and I highly recommend their services.
