Contacted Tom via email in the evening about some issues we were having with GFI outlets in our house. He responded within a couple of hours and was at our house at the time he said he would be which was great as I had taken off work a bit early. We went through checking everything and he was explaining everything he was doing as we were going to each outlet. He not only took the time to fix our issues but he fixed them properly rather than quick and as easy as possible. We did have to cut some drywall as some outlets werent installed properly by the previous owner/builder but he made sure it was OK beforehand which I was more than OK with as I wanted it done properly and I was going to be touching up some other spots with paint anyway. I would recommend Tom any day for any kind of electrical needs and Im sure Ill be giving him a call in the future as I move down the to do list my wife has for me. He is a super friendly guy and very easy to talk to which in my book makes me a repeat customer for him when the time comes.

This is the third time I have used Radin Electric. I just moved into a new house and discovered that two electrical outlets were not working. I called Tom and he came out the next morning. One of the issues was a fairly simple one and the other was a little tricky. He had to be creative and think outside the box to determine why the other one was not working. He did figure out and corrected the problem. In addition, I asked him if he had time to replace a couple of other outlets. He agreed to stay (unplanned) and install the additional outlets. I am so pleased that we arranged for him to return in a few weeks to replace all of the remaining plugs and switches since the existing ones are beginning to discolor. His charges are always fair

Tom was extremely helpful. I called him on Thursday April 30th around 4:30pm and he offered to come out to my house that night after he completed another job. He showed up at my house about 7:30pm to fix the issues found during the home inspection of the house I was selling. He fixed the four issues within an hour and was extremely polite and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and able to explain and show you everything that he is doing as well as give you other suggestions on other potential improvements.

The service was top notch and his workmanship was the best I have seen in this space. Everything was done with great skill and attention to detail. Tom is a wonderful and trustworthy electrician. He came to our house and fixed several things: replaced an outlet and light switch that had gotten too old, replaced pull strings on the fans that had been pulled out completely, and remounted a doorbell so it works properly. Very professional, courteous (put drop clothes down when working to catch any debris) and competent. He is very proud of the work he does and makes sure that it is done right the first time. Highly recommend!

Tom put in a new service line and electric box in my house. He kept me up to date with any concerns he came across elsewhere in the house, and also fixed my doorbell which I had long forgotten about being broken. Fixed another couple small things around the house as well. Overall I was very impressed with his observation, his attention to detail, communication, and his affordability. I will definitely use him again for any electrical work that I need done.
