The workers that I met here were very nice except for the one lady who owns the business. Rosie is so rude and disrespectful, I would never go back there just because of her. It was my first time getting a Brazilian done and when told her that she gave me a nasty look and rolled her eyes. While she was doing it I asked her to be more gentle and she got very upset. She got so nasty that her employees actually came up to me and apologized asking me to return and ask for one of them. It is so sad when your employees know how to behave better than you do. She went so far as to speak at badly about another waxing service down the road on Eagles landing and tell me I should go there. Do not give her business your money. You are better off going to a place that respect their customers, especially if it is your first time .

Jasmine is the BEST!!! Been going to her for almost a year now and she made me feel.comfortable and welcomed from day one. Takes her TIME to ensure everything is nice and clean. She is very clean and prompt. Front desk receptionist is very pleasant. The OWNER ON the other hand needs customer service skill and a better attitude. Jasmine is the only reason I still come to this location.

Still have hair on bikini area around inner thighs Like thats still an important part and I still have hair near my butt where she waxed.. And lots of wax residue on private areas. It hurts trying to pick it off . Brazilian is suppose to include areas around vagina. Like the trail above it. She was quick Ill give her that but lots of missed parts and lots of wax still on me.

I have NEVER been waxed except for my eye brows. I was solo nervous about getting my under arms done. Rose was my technician and she was so incredibly nice and friendly. LOVE THEM!!! the staff is awesome and they do a great job! I drive about an hour just to get my wax done here. Rose and Jasmine both do an amazing job. If its your first time getting a Brazilian or youre just thinking bout it, ask for Rose. She will talk you through the process to ease your anxiety! This is the only shop I will go to from now on!

Went to this location at 4:30pm on a Saturday. Door was locked and the ladies were cleaning up. They refused to provide service. If the hours are not 10-5, the sign needs to be updated to the correct closing time. Clearly, walk-ins are NOT welcomed when they are trying to leave early for the day.

I have been coming to the McDonough location since it opened. Rosa is the best aesthetician I have EVER had. She and the staff are very professional, friendly and thorough which I like. I refer all my friends to her because I have had such a positive experience.

So...I went for the good reviews and received a painful service by someone who doesnt even work there. She said she was just there for the day, helping out a friend. She didnt even close the door or do the procedure properly. She was nice...so one star.

Only here on vacation and googled closest waxing place. My technician was Danielle and she was thorough! Super friendly, and one of the LEAST painful waxes Ive ever had done! Wish I could take her home with me!! I highly recommend this place!!

Went with my best friend today for her first wax, she enjoyed the experience and her waxed did a very good job. I ended up getting a bikini wax from Zaria and she was very informative and amazing! I guess I will be back if I bare the pain!
