I have used this saloon for a number of services, one service each one time only for over a period of one year... Mehandi/Hina tatoo : For a whopping price of $40 total for both hands front and back for a person , me and my friend both were not so happy with the kind of sloppy designs we had to endure on our palms for days .... Threading/upperlips : I have to say this was a job well done as i was satisfied with the result. Waxing : not only there were still many small hair left on my legs , arms and underarms - she did not even wipe out the leftover wax from my skin properly . Even after telling her that there were chunks of wax on my skin , all she had to say was...." dont worry...it will come off...just apply some oil when u reach home ".... Are you kidding.... i had to not only take a full bath after reaching home...but also struggled to remove the dried bkackkish wax from my skin....needless to say...had to wash my clothes too...since i wore full sleeved clothes ... Facial ( good part ) : she actually spent a good time massaging on face .... around 20 mins or may be more .... Facial ( bad part ) : to start with..she did not protect my hair and ears with any band .... so post facial...i had to leave the saloon with super messy hair and irritating ear.. its the worst experience i had there.... to start with... . she was exfoliating with such a strong hands on my face , all i felt was exfoliating paste scratching my face for all the time it was there.... She used the same paste from the same bowl and brush...that she used for another client she served just before me .... so unhygenic.... i am not sure ...bit i suspect she even used the same cloth piece to wipe my face as with the previous client...as i did not see any fresh cloth as soon as she asked me to enter after serving the other client...i cant say...just suspect.... I am never doing facial from that place again....and waxing.. She is gud for threading though

I go there only if inevitable and I do not have time to drive another 5 minutes. The job is done very quickly, but not upto my satisfaction. The owner is very particular in simply finishing the job, but quality-wise it is pathetic. When I get threading done, they do not make sure that its clean, always in a hurry, so once I come home and look at the mirror, I still see a lot of hair here and there. Again Ill have to use microwave wax or tweezers and get them cleaned.

This is the worst salon ever Ive gone to. I got Japanese straightening and my hair are all damaged. My hair now have a kink near the roots which I came to know is due to amatuer application of chemicals by Sana- the owner of this pathetic salon. Its been a year now and I am still paying the price. Please dont waste your money on such cheap salons. I would suggest everyone to pay a little more and get good service.

Ive once had a haircut there,oh..god,,shes know nothing about haircuts.I used to go to hair for north lake mall hair salon,but after weve move here it is bit far go back to north lake mall,that s why i thought im going for her.shes not a professional hair dresser at all.pls think twice if you or your kids are going have a hair cut.Because probably you ll have to have go professional one again!!!!

Horrible and bad customer service. I went there after long time. She cut my daughters hair in only 2 minutes with very rude behavior. My daughter didnt like the way she behaved. I quickly walked out of her salon ( I was supposed to get my hair cut as well) . I will not recommend her service to anyone. VERY RUDE.

hey everyone, pls dont go there for haircuts!! shes know nothing about haircuts.she was the very unprofessional hairdresser ive ever seen.If you want to go to the people after haircut, dont go there.Even your kids. never recommend!! horrible customer service!!!!

I went there for eye brow threading. The lady there was very professional, did an amazing job and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommended. Prices are good and they seem to know what they are doing. :) satisfied customer
