Very disappointed, have been going here every four weeks for over two years. Today I showed up for my appointment and they had neglected to let me know it had been cancelled. I had received a text this morning confirming my appointment. The woman said that they left me a message, clearly I didnt get it, and I am between business trips so I needed to get my color done this weekend. When I asked them to help me make this right and then cancel my next 12 months worth of appointments the customer service woman said no problem , because it wasnt a problem for her and she just didnt care. Drove an hour to East Cobb...... No problem.....Good bye Van Michael.

I love Van Michael Salon in Norcross. The new talent are always great but, Im loyal to Hunter!! She rocks as a stylist; she really knows how to pamper you w/ a great neck & shoulder massage first. Their customer service is fantastic over the phone. I also love the product that they carry. Its a little pricey but, its totally worth it.

Im Sue and I love Van Michaels salon. Ive been going to Van Michaels for about 18 yrs now. I had moved from New York to Atlanta and was looking for a hair salon similar to what was in New York. Van Michaels is a 5 star salon. Dararith and Matt are wonderful as usual. And are one of the best stylist and colorist in Atlanta. :)
