****HAD MY HAIR DONE BY SAMANTHA- WHAT A MISTAKE!! DONT EVER GO THERE. SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO DIFFERENT COLORING TECHNIQUES SO SHE DOES HER OWN THING!! WENT BACK TO HAVE MY HAIR FIXED, ENDED UP WORSE!! AFTER EVERYTHING I TOLD HER I JUST WANTED A REFUND SO I COULD GO HAVE MY HAIR FINE RIGHT.... SHE GOT HOSTILE WITH ME AND TOLD ME TO COME IN THAT SATURDAY FOR A REFUND. SATURDAY CAME AND SHE WASNT IN- SHE LEFT THAT MORNING FOR VACATION.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMLY LOW KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO DO HAIR!! ****THAT MORNING I FILED A REPORT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE NEXT MORNING THE OWNER OF THE SALON CONTACTED ME STARTING THAT SHE WOULD SEND A CHECK ASAP AND THAT THIS WAS NOT THE KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT SHE WILL ALLOW AT HER SALON..
