This salon is not a place to receive service. It is a place where the owner yells at her customers and hangs up the phone on them. I have never seen such a degree of unprofessionalism. I went there to get a haircut, and the lady made my hair 4 inches shorter than it was supposed to be. It was such a bad haircut that I had to go out and buy extensions to make myself actually seem presentable. After I complained about this to the lady, she behaved extremely rudely towards me and hung up the phone when I called her to ask for my money back. I wouldnt recommend a salon like this even to enemy. I would give this salon zero stars if that was an option.

I have had an absolutely horrible experience at this salon. The only thing that I have liked so far are my eyebrows which had been done well, but the rude customer service, lack of understanding, and absolute lack of professionalism detracted from even that one positive quality. I would not recommend this salon to anyone unless they want to be humiliated and treated very rudely. Besides the eyebrows, all other services that I have gotten done at this salon have been one huge disappointment. I strongly feel that I have wasted my money and time at this salon.

I have been going to this salon for one and a half year now. The owner Manali is a skillful hair stylist and expert threading artist. She did my highlights two months ago and made sure I got the same color I wanted by putting in extra work hours for free next day. I get compliments on my hair all the time. She also cut my complicated, big and bouncy hair in long layers very nicely.I have went to expensive high end salons before and she did it best. Other staff is usually good too but they keep changing so you have to kind of find who suits your needs.

Manali did my haircut. Loved it. She spends so much time onto carefully cutting the way you want it giving her personal touch of style. She spent an hour. Did v cut with lots of layers on my medium length hair. Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a good haircut with style. She is a very gentle and sweet person to talk to as well . Very gentle even on blow dry ..u wouldnt feel a single hair pulled ! All in 45$ wash,cut, style and blow dry. Love it !

Having frequented expensive salons for a long time, I tried Mona Lisa for a change and because of proximity from where I live. Not only are they reasonable in pricing, their service is commendable. I have had a haircut, eyebrows threading and a facial with massage. They were very accommodating to my schedule . I waited 4 weeks before posting a review if I still loved my haircut. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely use them again.

One of the worst place to visit. They messed up my eyebrows and the their response was to buy eyebrow powder from them to cover the spot. The staff was questioning back to me, wonot you do any mistake and take this as same way. Very rude responses for their own mistakes. I never go back to this place.

Yesterday I went to this saloon for my eyebrow threading. This is is my first experience. But they did very well and explained detail and after complete then they did use aloe vera and massaging! I will go again and would like to continue!

Love this salon! Got my eyebrows and haircut done here. For such a low price, the hair stylist took almost an hour to cut my hair with such precision. I was impressed! Definitely would recommend it :)
