I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years now. Over the years I have recommended several friends and co-workers use them; however all that changed today due to rude behavior and discrimination. I told my roommate she should give them a whirl, talked up how great they were and how conveniently located (much closer than the hairdresser she usually goes to). So on my advice, she makes an appointment for a haircut. When she arrives, she is told that they wont cut her hair because she has psoriasis...because it might get on the comb. The same comb that the same woman put in her mouth a few minutes before. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? All Psoriasis is, is an excess of skin growth that can cause dry flaky skin...very similar to seborrhea. It isnt contagious at all. NOT CONTAGIOUS. Its the same as cutting someone with dandruffs hair. DANDRUFF! The girl she spoke with indicated they didnt want the psoriasis to get on the comb...shouldnt they be sanitizing all the hair equipment after every use anyway? I called to complain (I recommended this place to my best friend and they treated her very rudely). When I reached them, Payal was terse, unapologetic, and bordering on rude. This behavior is unacceptable and discriminatory. They are very lucky that it was my friend (who is far less confrontational than me), because if I had been treated this way I would be filing a discrimination lawsuit.

Okay, I was staying in the Norcross area with my family. They were talking about how they get their eyebrows threaded. I was due for a wax but decided to try threading. We looked up places on the internet and found 21 Instyle Beauty. Payal did my cousins eyebrows and mine. She did a fantastic job. Then we saw they did eyelash extensions. We thought that they would turn out great too. We were wrong. The smaller girl did our eyelashes and they were awful. they were half way in our eyes and some of most of them were layered on, sticking on to the first layer. I got tired of them right away so I pried them off my eyelids and lathered them in coconut oil. My cousin wore hers over night and said that when she woke up the were as hard as rocks. She then took a bath to steam them. she finally got them off doing the same thing I did. She also said that they came off in huge clumps and were uneven. Overall it took her an hour and a half to get the glue and lashes off. We would definitely NOT recommend the eyelashes.

To be fair, the first time I was here, I had seen Payal and I actually had a good experience. Today, I saw the other person there - Mitali I guess. She was in an unusual rush (even though there was not a single person waiting after me). She rushed through doing my eye brows and I had to point out for her to clean them up - twice. Then on my upper lip threading, there were several clear patches of hair left. And she was already at the checkout register and I had to call her back. I told her that the first time I was there, my experience was a lot better. She literally told me "you can go with the other person" and "I cant see the small hair". Really? How about "Im sorry, let me clean up the hair I might have left". Very unprofessional. Definitely thinking twice before ever returning back.

Horrible. First of all, I set an appt that was not honored. I walked in at that exact time and she allowed a walk-in who was waiting to be seen before me. Next (the biggest issue), if I ask the technician to clean my brows up and she tell me that she cannot do that, thats a major problem. She tried to give me excuses about why she couldnt clean the middle (unibrow area) as if I have not been getting my brow done for over 10yrs and do not know what is suppose to be done. Also, she did not shape them properly, theyre uneven and do not reflect the work of a skilled Brow Threader who loves what she does. I did not tip and I ALWAYS tip well. I will not return or recommend this place to anyone. The place was nice and thats the best thing I can say about it.

I went there with an appointment. The place was empty with no customers which wad the first sign, no one came out to greet me, Mital finally walks out after my appointment time.... I asked for a brow wax which more arch for my brows and I asked for them to be done evenly since this is not always the case with salons.... She then STRONGLY suggested I get thread instead for a more perfect arch and even brows. Since she was the "professional" I agreed. No surprise my brows are NOT even, NOT perfect, and theyre THINNER than I wanted. Now its going to take my brows forever to grow back in right and Ill have to mask this screw up with makeup. DONT BOTHER GOING THERE!!!!

I am so glad that my friend suggested 21 Instyle Beauty! The salon is always so clean, and I really feel like I can relax there while I let Payal go to work on my hair. Payal is so amazing! She is very fast, and always cuts the perfect layers into my hair. I trust her completely with my hair - and as all women know, it is nearly impossible to find that one person that always does hair right! She also does eyebrow threading, henna, and nails. My daughter (4 years old) loves to have her nails painted by Payal. She is so patient and sweet with little girls. I HIGHLY recommend 21 Instyle Beauty for your beauty needs! I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Bad custimer service I should have known when I walked in on saturday afternoon and a hair & nail salon was empty that something was wrong. I said hello like 5 times and finally someone woman comes out the back and says all employees are on lunch. So I said oh so your closed and she replies no we are all on lunch and i can wait 15 minutes and turns and walks back to the back. Why would a business send all its employees on lunch at the same time?? I promptly left and went down the street to business that cares about having customers and is available to service them.

The girl Im talking about is not Mital or Payal. The other girl is WAY to rough!!!!!! I mean my eyebrows hurt for days after she arched them. I have had treading done for over 20 years. All across the United States. This is by far my worse experience. She has an attitude as well. Unfortunately my regular discontinued doing eyebrows due to her schedule. So I was stuck going to this place. Ugh! Mital has done them before and she was awesome! Payal was ok as well. So if you do go ask for them.

Payal is awesome, and does a great job with threading my brows. She has a keen attention to detail, a great memory, and a friendly nature and professional demeanor; moreover, shes fast and precise with a treatment that can be a bit uncomfortable. Prices are more than fair; less than $10 for lip and brow threading is great by my standards. Salon is clean and spacious. The excellent service has kept me coming back and recommending this salon.
