They only get one star because I could not give them 0. They are the worst. The first day with them my child was late and I cancelled immediately. Tasha had NOT even completed the registration and so when I cancelled an hour later they wouldnt refund my money. She said she would and now a week later she says that now it is up to the Supervisor Melva. They are crooks. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!!!

The teachers are great, Im just not jiving with the staff and administration on the fees that they assess when children dont attend. They didnt have school one week - their decision - and then expected me to pay half of the afterschool fees. The fees are not mentioned in their contract, but I is their policy! If my son didnt love the place, Id pull him out immediately on principle. Stick to your word!

Two bomb threats in one week. My child was taken to a different location and I was notified by email! Totally unacceptable. Then instead of merging daycares with one close by the close school the next day! So Ive had to take 3 days of from work so far and Im sure they expect their tuition. Ridiculous

Inpersonnal over the phone and allows and anyone to pick up my child while being rude to me, i do not feel my son is safe with these people decideing who is near my child.
