This place is awful. I set up an appointment to check it out and of course everything seemed great. Sadly, that is NOT the case. My daughter was sick at least once a week, if not more. Constantly came home STARVING, Her teacher didnt fill out a report about wet diapers/dry diapers/nap time/food eaten, etc, a single time in the two months that she attended this place. Whenever I asked about it, or brought it to the directors attention, theyd say it was a busy day and she had forgotten or that theyd make sure it got done the next time. Yeah, that never happened. Her teacher barely spoke English and Id have to get the front desk lady or the director to come in the room whenever I had questions I needed to ask. The final straw for me was when my mom picked my daughter up from school and noticed a giant, purple scab/bruise on her back. When she asked about what happened, the director and teacher first tried to deny that anything happened. I left work, went up there, and conveniently both the teacher and director had gone home for the day. While talking to the woman at the front desk, I asked why an incident report wasnt filled out. She apologized and said it should have been and that it would never happened again. Hmm, funny since before the bite didnt happen at all at their school. Anyways, the next day I finally got a hold of the director, who said shed have a meeting with me if I was willing to come. We talked a little over the phone, where she proceeded to tell me that not only had the bite happened in their classroom, but that the same child who had bitten my daughter had bitten another child the day before, BOTH times because my daughter and the other kid had a toy she wanted. But no action was taken against the child and she remained at the school (From what Ive been told and researched, after a certain number of incidents, the child is removed from the school. The woman at the front desk even told me that her grandson had been kicked out of his daycare for biting). But to continue, when the director told me they wouldnt be removing the child, I asked that my daughter be put in the next classroom up (they wanted to do this when she first started but decided not to just yet) Her response? "Im sorry Ms. Carter, but we wont be doing that. What happened really isnt a big deal at all." MAN did I lose my mind... After all, I did have to take her to the doctor... the bite had broken her skin.... After we hung up, she called back and said she couldnt make our meeting and that we would need to reschedule. Needless to say, My daughter NEVER stepped foot in that building again. This was the first daycare I ever put my daughter in and literally made me never want to put my child in someone elses care EVER again. Id give this place zero stars if I could.

Very happy with this place... Im a very picky mom when it comes to my son who is 1 1/2.... the first school we tried was not a good fit for him at all so you can understand why I was picky when it came to finding another school.. the front desk staff was very patient never got frustrated with all my questions, constant drop ins and calls.. this is what a childcare center should be like. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
