We hired them for our daughters wedding. Jennifer listened to us, made great suggestions and put together a great menu that fit our budget. Then at the last minute our venue lost their permit and we had to move. Jennifer and crew flexed with us. When the new venue gave us only half an hour to set up, the CC crew were calm and got it done.The staff was friendly and professional, the bar was handled well, and the food was superb. Guests were very complimentary.

Friendly people, and I enjoyed the little I tasted, but after the consultation I emailed to see if we could lower the budget a bit more, the responses slowed down drastically and I would not receive another email until I emailed multiple times.
