Just ate here for the first time in my life, I was pleasantly surprised. First impressions, place was very busy but clean and well staffed. Walked up to counter to place my order, very helpful lady at register gave me great tips on the menu. I ended up ordering the "Hook and Ladder" sandwich meal with chips and drink, I got the small which was an 8 inch sub, PLENTY of sandwich and absolutely delicious. Decent price, perhaps a little more than average sub shop prices but worth it for the sandwich I got. Staff is friendly and atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. I saw a blend of all types of humanity in there, obviously appreciated by everyone. Will return and definitely recommend.

Food is good when they can get an order right. Ive had more wrong orders than correct and tonight was final straw for me with firehouse. I order the same sub every time and they find a way to screw it up. The managers used to apologize and fix it and now they try to find a way to blame it on the customer. Customer service is gone from the Hiram store

More meat than Subway, and tasty, but a few dollars more. But I do not like being unable to see the food prepared or if there are additional items or condiments available. Although signs are present for ordering and pickup, naturally customers go to the pickup area as they enter. Email list will get you a birthday sandwich.

In the middle of our order today, the girl taking our order told us "hold on" and answered the phone to take their order for ten minutes. During that time the girl at the register next to her took 3 orders instead of taking ours while we stood there like dummies. We left with nothing but disappointment.

We love Firehouse! It was the one place my wife could eat everyday while pregnant. Awesome food, great staff, and amazing cherry lime-aid!

The smokehouse cheddar brisket is INSANELY good. Get it on wheat, add bacon, profit.
