My experience visiting this venue was horrible. I visited with my fiancé, soon to be mother-in-law, sister, and cousin. Upon arrival we noticed that the yard and entrance was not complete and looked like it was still under construction, which I completely understand. As we were walking towards the entrance we were "greeted" by Jackie. I quote greeted because she opened the door and stared at us without saying a word. After the awkward entrance, Jackie turned and asked who the bride was. At that moment I proclaimed that I was. She shook my hand and COMPLETELY ignored all other persons present, including my fiancé. Instead of acknowledging their presence, she shuffled us upstairs, in what appeared to be a storage room with a table. My sister and cousin took a peak in two downstairs rooms and were coming up to join us, but this was not before Jackie slammed the door before they made it upstairs. Literally, the time between her closing the door and them making their way up stairs was a matter of seconds. While we were in the "office," I was asked to complete a contact sheet, which was fine until she started prying into my job by asking specifics about what I did and where I worked. Maybe this would not have bothered me if not accompanied by everything else that had happened so far. We then went downstairs to start the tour from outside in the front. We were showed the parking lot and told that eventually the parking lot would be extended but right now it is not a priority. Jackie then proceeded to show us where they were putting in a gazebo and what they had planned to do to the outside fountain. It was at this moment where she stated that the fountain was really pretty when turned on, "but she just didnt turn it on today." At this point everyone was displeased with the how we were being treated and ended the tour. We were more than understanding of any construction work that was going on, but what really upset us is our treatment from the representative of this property. She was unpleasant, unkept, and seemed annoyed by our being there. Clearly I will not be returning to this venue and giving them thousands of dollars for my wedding, so I write this review not as a rant but as a warning to future clients of this property. I hope future customers have a better experience than we did in those quick 15 minutes of being there.

Our experience with The Conservatory was phenomenal! From the time we took the tour to the day of the wedding, everything was smooth sailing. When choosing venues, my fiance and I had a few locations that were good potentials but after taking the tour with Michelle, we just couldnt say no. She made us confident that we would be taken care of and that they would do anything they could to make this day perfect. The caterer that is provided with the venue did a great job of giving us plenty of options to chose our menu from and all of our guests said the food was delicious! I had more than a few people go back for seconds. The Conservatory also gives us the option of finding our own DJ/Band but if we couldnt they had a few DJs that we could chose from, depending on the type of personality we were looking for. BIG shout out to Greg! Once we were in contact, he was very clear and professional and he was always willing to make our requested changes. I never had to stress over the music aspect because Greg was always on point in responding to emails almost immediately and explaining and helping decide. He was awesome. Maria, the florist - OMG. The floral arrangements to my bouquet to the mens boutonnieres - Freaking amazing job Maria! I never would have thought that my bouquet was going to be SO beautiful. She really outdid herself. I showed her pictures of what I liked and explained the look I was going for and she nailed it. Sherry was also fabulous. She was my main point of contact with all the planning and she was always more than happy to help and to answer all of my (dozens and dozens) of questions. I never had to wait too long for an email response or a call back and she consistently provided me with any and all information. The Conservatory sent us to Confection Perfections for our cake design and everyone was amazed with how beautiful the cake turned out. We went in for the tasting and everyone was very friendly and informative. They gave us so many options we had a hard time deciding! I gave them the picture of a cake from Pinterest and they made the exact same cake for me! My Pinterest dreams came alive with my flowers and my cakes. All in all - The Conservatory was perfect. I had my Pinterest Perfect Dream Wedding and its all because of the amazing venue and staff.

I wish I could give this company more stars! They were amazing from beginning to end. We were originally planning to have our wedding in March of 2017, but our family received the news that my fiancees mothers cancer had taken a turn for the worse. They gave her 6 months to live. We knew we wanted her to be there for our ceremony. Joanne and her team were marvelous in accommodating us. We went from planning a wedding 9 months out to just 3 weeks out. We werent sure if it would be possible, but the team at the Conservatory at Waterstone pulled it all together. Everything was absolutely perfect. The decorations, service, food. They are so organized and the sweetest team of people youd ever want to work with. I will share my letter to the team below: To the Wonderful Conservatory at Waterstone Team, Now that things have settled down a bit, Ervin and I just wanted to take the time out to thank you for your outstanding work! You made this process so simple and we cant thank you enough for all the extras that were provided. We were able to enjoy our day with no worries. Your staff were amazing! They were so kind and professional during the reception, the decorations were beautiful and Jackie made sure that everything went off without a hitch! They tell brides to be prepared for at least one thing to go wrong on their wedding day, but I can truly say that our day was perfect. The guests were amazed with the venue, food, and staff. More importantly, you gave us something that is immeasurable. No amount of thanks could show our appreciation for you all giving us the opportunity to share this special occasion with Ervins mother. She was beaming from ear to ear. It means the world to us that she was able to attend and enjoy the day. You all are a top notch team! Our day couldnt have been more perfect. Thank you.

Our wedding was more amazing that we could have imagined. We truly believe the success of our wedding is mostly due to the Conservatory and their great staff. We became good friends of the venue as we would go by a couple times a month to check out other weddings. We were always welcome and eventually stopped calling to let them know we were stopping by. Weddings of course can be stressful; the Conservatory helps to alleviate the stress. Nearly everything is included: venue, food, flowers, drinks, DJ, cake and day of planner. The only vendors we had to hire were a photographer and officiant. The Conservatory had great recommendations for both. One of the great things about the venue is they allow you to put your own touch on the place. Weve seen more than 30 weddings and all were different. My fiancé and I visited roughly 25 venues before deciding on the Conservatory. The Conservatory was the only one that gave us "The Feeling". Michelle gave us the tour and was also our day of planner. She made everything easy and we are forever indebted to her. Our friends and family raved over the beauty of the venue and are still talking about it 2 months later. We want to give a shout out to Maria for the beautiful flowers. She took our extravagant ideas and made it a reality. To JoAnn, Sharron, Michelle, Maria, and everyone else involved we are forever grateful. Marie and Ryan
