My son always makes an appointment with Nate (the first chair on the right) and he is ALWAYS behind on time and his excuse is he fell behind. Not 15-20 minutes. Im talking about hours! Tonite I had enough. I asked him how would he feel if it was done to him?! Never answered the question. Shrugged his shoulders and said he not late all the time. Maybe not with other people, but with my son, he is. Im jot sure if its because he a teenager or what. Although he apologied, he was very nonchalant and unbothered about. And judging on previous comments, Im quite sure he doesnt care! I expressed to him, as adults you know time is money. Still nonchalant. His demeanor and attitude had me very annoyed. I started talking about the situation with my son and Mr. Nate chimes in and says, Ive already apologized about, do I want your deposit back?! No sense of going on about it! Im in high demand! So, I guess if youre in high demand you can treat people and peoples time anyway that you want SIR???!!!!! And to add insult to injury I had to ASK for compensation! Hello Somebody!! Listen!, at the end of the day, you dont do people like that. Not only is it unprofessional but its disrespectful! If my son was late for an appointment he made with homeboy alllllll the time, what would be the out come?! Something else

Took my son for the first time here and waited over 2 hours because there is no system for first come first serve. It was a free for all, all guys just kept jumping up in the chair once one barber became available. Was never greeted or anything, it wasnt until we were sitting there for over 35 minutes did someone ask us to sign in if it was a first time. When my son finally got a barber, I showed the barber (the self-proclaimed owner) a picture of the cut I would like my son to have. Not only did he butcher my boys hair but when I asked him to take some more hair off the top he said "that was a second haircut and he wasnt going to do it". At that point I knew this guy was just lazy and had no interest in making a customer happy. I paid him to got outta there as fast as I could and as I was walking out another barber asked me how was my experience. When I responded that we were not happy, the self-proclaimed king of Tune-Ups ran up and got in my face in front of my 9 yr old son and tried to get in my face and argue with me. If anyone is planning on taking their son and give him the barbershop experience, stay away from this place at all costs!!! There are plenty of other barbershops around that will show you a bit of respect and take time with their craft.

Highly disappointed! I am sitting here inside the barbershop writing this review right now. I called around 3pm to see if I could schedule an appointment for my son who would be a first time customer. The guy I spoke with asked me who I had an mind I said this is his first time coming to the shop and he asked what time and I said about 5:30 he said no problem someone will take care of you. We get here at 5:27 and the guy to the right first chair by the vending machines asked us to sign in and on someone would be with us. Well here we are its now 6:53 and no one has assisted us at all nit one word since we arrived. I will never come back to this barbershop. The reviews were good thats what made me want to come but after my personal experience Never Again! They also need to sweep up all the hair and tissues off the floor. HORRIBLE AND RUDE!

I got a great haircut here. The staff was super friendly and they did a great job handling the crying kids moms were bringing in. I was a little hesitant to get my haircut here because I was afraid they mostly did cuts with clippers but Bigg Vern did a great job and gave me a meticulous haircut and scissor cut the top of my hair with precision. I will definitely be going back. They also have a pool table inside and everything is mechanic/car themed even the barbers drawers look like mechanic drawers and they clean the hair off you after with a tire air dispenser. Only con: My specific barber didnt have a way to take my debit card so I had to run and get cash but I think other barbers did have card payment processors.

Really enjoyed my first time here. I was a walk-in and Doug was my barber. He was very professional and made my day better. I am new to the area and have been looking for the right barbershop for me and so far they are the best. He listened and gave me exactly what I wanted, was not rough on my head and he had me looking like a whole new person.

Firstly the shop is not well kept, hair all over the floor at all the stations. No cleaning up after a client is finished. Secondly went in for a fade and lineup and David just about butchered my hair. Really neither him or this place deserve a star. Worst cut ever, cant even execute a fade

ART is a master barber and will get you RIGHT! I woofed it for a whole month after relocating to Atlanta from DC. I went here on short notice after a "well known" Atl barber got his "assistant" to text me and cancel 20 minutes before my appointment. I will be going back to Art.

Its a cool spot to be but they really need to work on their cleanliness (hair and tissue everywhere ). Sorry customer service except for the first three barbers on the right. Prices are super high as well.
