Worst barbershop in Georgia and worst experience in my life! I have to cut all my hair off after 3 barbers tried to cut and ended up ruining my Afro. I came in to get a side skin fade and a flat top. The first barber (1) was honest and said she is not the best with my kind of hair(African American 2 inch Afro). So I waited for the next barber and after she was done...she started sweeping..5 minutes later the previous barber (1) informed the barber (2) sweeping I was her customer. So we started and wtf is the rest of the experience. I had an Afro instead of picking my hair out she started to brush it. THEN it gets worse. I asked if she had experience with my kind of hair and she said so I asked her shouldnt you pick out my hair with a rake comb since I had a lot of hair...then she said the absolute most stupid thing! "Our owner says those combs are for amateurs so thats why we dont have them" a barbershop with only combs for short hair is a barbershop with no clue in its business. So she continued to cut my hair by brushing it and using a small comb. THEN SHE QUIT AND ASKED BARBER (1) to call another barber who was off today....SO NOW I HAD TO WAIT FOR HIM TO COME AND 20 minutes after he came and tried to fix my hair. Every cut equaled a mistake and my hair got shorter my hairline is ruined. So After time passed I decided to stop him before even doing my hairline. The result is he ruined my haircut. The top is almost a Mohawk. The fade is rubbish. I s I spent 2 hours in this barbershop had my hair ruined and the most disrespectful thing THE BARBER WANTED ME TO PAY. After ruining my hair. And now I am in another barbershop having to cut all my hair off and start all over again growing my hair out. No exaggeration but as off today this is the worst barbershop Ive ever been to. Stay away if you have long hair, black hair, any type of hair.

American Barber shop is the place to be, I take my boys for their regular monthly haircuts and couldnt be happier with their service. Great atmosphere, friendly and professional barbers, we love the environment and the layout of all their shops. They have 3 great locations and we go to all 3 of them. We are treated with great respect and never feel pressure when we are there. When you walk in everyone greets us with big smile on their face. Barbers have great experience at what they do and deliver nothing short of perfect service each and every time. I recommend them very highly and would like for all you gentlemen to pay them a visit and take your sons with you to expiernce classic barber shop grooming. I guarantee you will fall in love. You can conveniently make an appointment via online.I was super impressed with the customer service.They know how to give its clients a better experience when they book from their website.Hats off to team American barber.So I m very happy & fully satisfied. So I normally go into getting a haircut with a substantial amount of nervousness. I was told about American Barber Shop and thought I would give it a try. I was impressed by the cleanliness and also by the atmosphere once inside. It seemed classy but also had some sportiness to it with the college signage. Zarrin was the woman who cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. Not only did I get an awesome haircut but I felt comfortable while there, like I had nothing to worry about. She explained what she was doing and why, which was a nice change from the norm. The best part about it was that I was happy with the haircut the next day. Normally that is not the case. All in all I will say that I will be returning for Zarrin to cut my hair again. Awesome!

I have been going to Mannys Barbershop.But couldnt find a decent barber shop that could live up to my standards.Then I found American barber.This is one of the best barber shops. American Barber is the best! I have been getting mine and my sons haircut there since they opened.Hardi is the best! I have seen the other barbers cut hair too and they all are very talented. They take their time and do it right. The price for a haircut OR saved is reasonable.All I can say is that it was simply amazing. I am going to be a regular customer here, and if you are in the neighborhood and need a haircut or a shave, I highly recommend you to go to American barber. So friends try it by yourself and feel an incredible experience that I recommend to everyone.

American barber Is a fantastic place, great atmosphere, and professional service.Quite fast service, professional barbers & the service is pretty good. The creative thing is Schedule Online, as theres the opportunity to book an appointment online. Though, it is an outstanding experience. The staff here is the best. Jessa is really good at cutting hair. He is only one who cuts my hair right. Plus, He is super friendly and funny. Jessa made my experience here very enjoyable. For me, I always go to American barber.These guys are amazing! Cool guys.Definitely, will be back and continue to return. Everyone I saw there did a great job for their clients. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back.

My son and I stopped in American Barber Shop for some haircuts. I was surprised to see women working in the barber shop and only one male. At first I was hesitant because back in my day barber shops only had male barbers but I thought what the heck, times have changed and I am so happy I did. Not only did the woman barber listen to my sons request but also listened to mine and came up with a good medium where we were BOTH happy with my sons haircut! The male barber was amazing as well, lines are sharp, hair blends great and the best part is after the straight razor neck shave they use a steamed mint scented towel on your neck!!!! We will defiantly be back!!!!!!

I was visiting GA with my kids. I pass by and stop at American barbershop for my kids to get a haircut! It was and awful experience. This woman cut my sons hair and it was terrible. The hair line look like it was done by somebody who was practicing. The other lady cut my other sons hair and even when she had more experience, he look horrible. The owner or manager offer to fix their haircut, but my kids were crying in the car and dinied to come back inside. The worse thing is they still charge me 50 dollars. When I saw my kids crying I started crying too. I was dropping them off with his dad and they wanted to impress! I guess they did, just the opposite way.
