The gym itself is fine but management and customer service is horrible! I have been a member for three years but just recently moved to another county. I called to cancel my membership and asked if a cancelation form could be emailed or faxed to me. Hannah, the manager told me the only way a membership could be canceled was to walk in at the gym and fill out of form. After explaining i moved over an hour away and would not be able to walk in, Hanna rudely told me that because i didnt moved out of state a form cannot be emailed to me... I cannot believe in 2016 this place is so technologically challenged. I still have not been able to cancel my membership and per Hannah, the manager, here isnt an owner or another person of authority that i can speak to regarding my cancelation. Needless to say I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I was referred to Titanz by a girlfriend of mine. It was the best experience Ive ever had at a gym. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I took a Zumba class and the instructors name was Vicky. She rocked!!! They are helping me with my nutrition and setting up a workout plan for free. I liked that after my third day there they asked if I needed anything else or how they could help me achieve my goals. Titanz Fitness gets 5 stars from me!
