I wouldnt give any stars! Tutor time is inconvenient and completely cold to the kids and their families. Yes they have a great space but the director Ms. Daryl should be replaced. I paid a full weeks tuition one week when I was on vacation because it was there rules, which I get. I brought my three year old son for ONE day that week. Friday. They called me while I was working to pick my son up because he wasnt listening. Like are you kidding me!? Hes three. I pay you to deal with him because I have to work. If i had that kind of time, trust me i wouldnt need child care. It seemed like every week they would call me for an early pick up and itd always be BEFORE he even ate lunch. Like how hard are you really trying to redirect him if I drop him Off at 9:00 and you call me to leave work and come get him a 11:00? Not because hes sick, not because he hurt somebody, or had an accident, but because THEY simply were too busy to really work with my son. Are we in daycare or elementary school ? I was tired of my money and time being wasted and dealing with their non-chalant attitude. My child was deemed as a problem child and Ive seen them treat several kids the same way. They isolate these kids and make them feel unwanted. Oh and I must add that my son is not bad. He is just like any other three year old, only child with an active mind. He listens to me and I dont have the "problems" they were having with him. My first time being late, I clocked my son out at 6:31, pick up is by 6:30, so after literally one minute I was asked to pay a late fee of $15 by ms. Daryl. This institution is a perfect example a daycare that doesnt care. They would have my son sleeping on a cot with no sheet which is highly unsanitary, but they would always lose his sheet. When I asked his teacher Mrs. Brown to replace his sheet, she reassured me that she would and the next day I came he was still sleeping on a bare cot. I questioned why he didnt have a sheet and she had the nerve to tell me "I havent even had time to go to the bathroom" Thats not my business. Get somebody else to bring him a damn sheet. Girl I asked you yesterday ! Dont waste your money.

I will get right to the point. After relocating to the area and searching online/in person for a learning center for my child, I found/read about TutorTime and decided to visit.. The Director made a very good first impression of the school. However, within days, I noted several things that truly disturbed/bothered me: Most the staff there seems to be unconcerned about the individual child (unlike what their web pg says) and there to collect a check. I watched one teacher yell at a child as they proceeded to sternly grab their arm, sit them down at the table, and yell some more! I was in shock that this would happen in front of me/with no reservations about doing it. This was not the first time I have witnessed a teacher there yelling at the young children. The Corporate rule states that any child that stays late does not get another snack after the 2pm one...which means that if you pick your child up at 6pm, they havent had anything since 2pm! Record of payments are not kept well. No one (even the teacher), welcomed my child...they just looked at him as another number.

I am a proud mom of a soon to be 2 year old that attends Tutor Time. I am "that mom"...the one that visits the school DAILY, at random times, to check on my kid. My daughter has attended the school since she was 10 weeks old. She was a preemie and even at 10 weeks was just 7lbs. I was so nervous to leave her, but the teachers are very loving and the director, Ms. Deryl, is a true example of a caring leader. I cant say that I have never had an issue, however I can say that any problem that I have presented to the staff has been immediately addressed. Realistically, I would be crazy to expect perfection, but I can always count on the staff to communicate with me, be it through the schools app, or via the phone, or in person during our daily chats. I can rely on them to take care of the most precious person in my life, my child. The teachers and the director have earned my trust and respect. It takes a village to raise a child, and I love all of the villagers at Tutor Time!

Hello friends I like Tutor Time but a small issue made me soo sad .Hi this is about preschool.I joined my son in Tutor time , it lasted for only 2-3 weeks because he was bitten by kid on his hip .While hugging he felt pain and when I saw there was a teeth marked circle on his hip. My son said that one boy bite me and many staffs came and took the boy to kitchen. They didnt inform us about this. The next day we went to the center and asked about this. The staff replied that she dont know anything about the incident, and your son didnt say this to me.Will anyone believe this? How come she dont know about this?Shocking. All the other staffs will be smiling always except her.She always complain that my son drools a lot, he is not sleeping,he makes sound when I ask him to sleep , infront of him.If you have complaints about kids please dont mention that in front of kids. Please dont speak negatively infront of kids.Does anybody think this was a major mistakes done by my kid?

My daughter has attended Tutor Time for over two years and WE love it here! I was a stay at home mother but had to make the hard decision of returning to work due to our financial situation. Needless to say from the time we entered the building to view the facility with Ms. Deryl and meeting her staff, both my husband and I went with our gut and decided this was the place for our family! The center is always clean and smells great (not like some of the other centers we toured). We love the daily updates we receive each day regarding our child and we have noticed her growth. If at any time we have a question or concern I stop by to see Ms. Deryl and she ensures the matter is addressed immediately! Thank you to my daughters favorite teachers-Ms. Murriell & Ms. Fanieka (they are all she talks about :) !! Thank you all for EVERYTHING!! You are all part of our family..

My boys have been at Tutor Time for almost a year now and we love it! Everyone from the center director, her assistants, and all of the teachers make it a point to speak to my children by name as we walk through the center. My oldest son is always excited to get ready in the morning to see his teacher, Mrs. Hope. On the ride home from school he tells me of all the great things he has learned and all of the fun he had. My toddler shows his excitment by clapping once we pull up into the driveway of the center. We could not be happier!
