Where do I begin with this school, first the name should be GHETTO LAND. This school is super ghetto, ratchet, and hood. My youngest son attended this school for a few months and it was the WORST childcare experience I have EVER had. I have 2 children so this isnt my first childcare rodeo! My son came home with bruises on him from other students. I would go and talk to the teachers and the director and get the same answer "oh they are just being kids". The last incident that happened my child was scratched in his face twice over the course of a week, very close to his eye. Went and spoke with his teachers who became VERY offensive and acted as if I wasnt supposed to be asking her questions about why shes not doing her job. The director was even worst; she accepted no responsibility for the lack of care and supervision on my child or the negative behavior of her employees. She made excuses and explain that the teacher had an artistic son and was going through alot. So why is she allowed to deal with kids if shes a ticking time bomb? I also found out during the conversation with this director that only 2 teachers in the building actually have degrees the others have nothing or a GED. And her point was "shes saving the world" oh okay by hiring hood rats. Anyways my point is this, if you want to send your kid to a school where the teachers are going to neglected them by talking on their cell phones all day, caring on conversations among themselves and not watching your child, leaving harmful cleaning materials at their reach, and letting other kids bet them up this is the place for you because it will definitely happen. If you want to deal with ghetto teachers who dont know how to articulate themselves without shouting and getting loud, this is the place for you. Oh and let me not mention the FILTHY bathrooms, children sitting in each other feces, JUST DISGUSTING. No one wants this for their kids Im sure. Check out the Bright From the Start website, I cant make this up people. All of the complaints filed against this school are posted there and there is a laundry list of complaints. I spoke to the investigator who investigated my complaint, i was told they have been out to this school at least 5 or 6 times over the past couple of months which is very unusual. Bright From the Start only gets, maybe, 1 or 2 calls a year on a school. So what does that tell you? The tuition is very cheap and thats what you get a cheap HOOD, RATCHET, FILTHY, UNEDUCATED, UNSAFE environment for your child.

They make it seem like your child is going to get AT LEAST some of any education, my children did the same coloring page for 2 weeks. Got SICK almost every other day from runny noses to vomiting....GERM INFESTED because they will still take your child sick as long as you have the cheap tuition paid off!They have so many children they barely have a chance to learn their name and call your children crybabies and take them out in the HOT SUN to tire them out..Teachers were always sitting down when i went to pick them up WHILE they have your child in-front of a TV OR SLEEP...please do not do it to your child. My children cried every day i withdrew them asap because your children will not lie....!!

Personally I think Smarter Kids was a good daycare until they became overwhelmed with children. They have so many children, they cant keep the kids noses clean. The only reason the other mothers gave them such a good review is because they have cheap rates. My daughter is 2 and a half years old and she have been attending Smarter Kids since she was 15 months old. Im looking for another daycare with a better curriculum and more organized RIGHT NOW! IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO BE YELLED AT, SWITCHED FROM CLASS TO CLASS, SICK ALL THE TIME, NOT PAYED ATTENTION TO AND MUCH MORE SEND YOUR CHILD TO GHETTO KIDS...NOT SMARTER KIDS!!!!

I think "mommyjr" has this place confused with Yes I Can Day Care. My 2 daughters attend Smarter Kids and WE LOVE IT! They are learning sooo much! My 3 year old is learning sign language, math, consonants & vowels, spelling, etc., and has homework! I have tried several places around Smyrna/Marietta and this place has been the best! I am just blown away! The staff and owners are more than caring & friendly. The pricing for two kids is affordable and care, cleanliness, meals and education are not sacrificed for the pricing. They are God sent! Thanks Smarter Kids! My husband and I really appreciate you!

This place should be shut down, a teacher by the name Ms Ashley put her hands on my child and left bruise all on his arm when I told the director she acted like she didnt care and defended the teacher and told me my 4 year old could not return back to school and he was graduating in 4 weeks but the teacher was not disciplined at all for her actions this is a cheap school and you get what you pay for, its sad that you now have to worry about how your child is being treated by daycares when youre at work. You definitely dont deserve any stars you deserved to be closed down forever.

This Child Care facility is awesome! The curriculum is awesome. The staff is personable and wonderful as well. They really care about the children and go the extra mile. Also, very parent friendly. The kids are provided with meals, they complete crafts and projects, and they are immersed in engaging activities all throughout the day. I am a picky parent and I was pleasantly surprised considering the affordable price. I know everyones experience is different but I just wanted to share mine.

So far its pretty cool I dont too much care for the old building and the over sized classrooms but for the price its fantastic they are willing to work with u when u get paid too.. unlike Kindercare who are a money hungry lottery owned bussiness and un caring!! They turned my baby right out the door and he had been there for 8 months bcuz I couldnt make a payment and although I loved kindercare while my son attended Smarter Kids is just as good for a much reasonable price..

I love and enjoy the Smarter Kids Childcare. My daughter was in the pre-k program and she was able to add and subtract, read dolce sight words, and she knew the 8 parts of speech. She has exceeded the expectations of kindergarten. The staff was very attentive to her and her needs. The rates are very reasonable.

I love this place! Smarter Kids is both kid friendly and parent friendly. The staff is both caring and conscientious. Also, during the recent snow storm the owners provided food, shelter and round the clock care for displaced families.

This is a great child care facility. My grandkids love it there. They have truly learned a lot and are learning many Montessori based principles like independence and personal responsibility. I would recommend this center to anyone.

This is the worst daycare ever. Not only did the teacher physically abuse a child but the school defended her actions. I would NEVER recommend this school to anyone. I wouldnt even take my dog here .
