I would never enroll my son here. They are a facility full of liars! I toured this facility two weeks ago and was told it was NAEYC certified by an assistant director, come to find out on the day I took my son to enroll they are not! I arrived around 7:45 am for our first day at this center. Upon arriving I approached the front desk (which I was told someone occupied at ALL times) to find it empty after standing around for 5 mins I was asked if I needed help upon which a different assistant director took my folder of information and escorted me into the infant room at which time I discovered that there were 5 toddlers and 1 infant. The assistant director is trying to explain things and go over procedures the teacher Ms. Lana approaches and tries to take the care seat in which my son is still in, I hold onto and she keeps yanking at it to get it out of my hands so I set it down she says shell take him at which point nothing had even been set up yet for my son to be enrolled! She began to tug at his seat belt and I said I would take him out. Then she grabs his paci and clip said she was taking it off I told her that I had one specific for daycare and she handed the pieces to me, she then proceds to try to take my son out of the carrier and starts yanking on his arm because she hadnt loosened the seat belts after I clearly said Id take him out. This is all happening while the assistant director is talking about God knows what I couldnt even pay attention more concerned about the teacher yanking him out of his seat improperly. I brought up that fact about being told I was NAEYC certified and she said no they were. I pointed out that they were over students and she said no the other teacher would be there soon and I asked when she said she was going to call in a spare teacher while they waited. I was so upset after being lied to and watching my son being yanked out of his car seat that I buckled him back in and said no that I wasnt leaving my son to be poorly taken care of by them. I was so angry I was in tears when I got to my car! I hope NO ONE EVER ENROLLS THEIR CHILD HERE!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Most unorganized daycare center Ive ever stepped foot in! Directors or teachers have no concern for the safety of the children in their care! There are 2 workers that run the front desk (Tori and Dalis) whom I were told were assistant directors, but today I was told they arent so Im assuming the center has no directors. Owner is clueless as to whats going on a new employee had been there a week and she was unaware of who she even was! My INFANT godchild received injuries while in their care 2 days in a row and no one at the center seemed to know what happened on either occasion so theres obvious signs of lack of supervision. I watched as an after school teacher walked around the center and outside while her class was left unattended. Sharon, the owner seems to care about payments rather than the welfare of the children shes responsible for! She makes up lies to cover for her employees weaknesses when shes hardly ever there to know whats going on. Please avoid at all costs

My son is really loving his new school. He recently began attending BFLC for pre-k and he comes home everyday full of excitement. Theres a couple things that i really personally love. The individual key pad for entering the center(safety is a must) and the "kiss and Go" lane. Its easy to drop my son off in the mornings if im in a hurry i can use the kiss and go lane and not have to wait or i can take my time and walk my son inside. I feel pretty comfortable leaving my child here. Keep up the great work!!

My son started here at 9 months old. This is our first daycare experience, and to say I was anxious is an understatement. The staff here is wonderful, and made the transition easy. They are our family, and you can feel the love they have for the kids when you walk in the door. My son is always happy to go, and that speaks volumes to me!

Great day care center that really cares for their kids. My daughter always comes home happy and looks forward to attending every day. She has learned a lot and seems to always have a lot of fun. The staff is very friendly and go the extra mile to make sure your child is taken care of.

All 3 of my kids attend BFLC and they absolutely love it! My oldest tells me all the time she wish she can go back to Pre-K to be back with her fav. teachers Ms. Laura & Ms. Tori! Ms. Channa is also wonderful with my 2 youngest! Couldnt ask for a better center!

My son attended pre-k there 2011-2012. His teachers were the best! The curriculum was good. Most important of all, I feel like he was genuinely cared about. Best pre-k experience I could have hoped for!

I abslutely love Bells Ferry Learning Center! My son went there and he is now in 3rd grade at carmel. Today mu daughter started there. We are so lucky to have them! WELOVE MISS LAURA!
