Very small. Very little equipment. At night, there are kids and parents EVERYWHERE. I stopped going because I had little kids running through the weights to get water all night long, bumping into me and making me paranoid I was going to hit one in the face. Theres just no room to do anything. Not to mention itll cost you about $100/month. I have no idea what happened over the past 8 months, but I wont go back. I joined a gym geared towards adults with 4 times the equipment and half the price. The locker rooms are pathetic as well. Also, the average stars on this place is 3.3, not 4.3.

Ive been going there for year now. I can tell you first hand, that every class will push you to strive for better. From the day you first sign-up to the day when you renew your membership will be testing your limits, weather it be trying to get back in shape, or learn how to fight. The coaches will try and bring out the best in you. The other members are really friendly as well as the staff, who will help you with anything you need. I look forward to another great year there.

This gym has the best atmosphere of any gym Ive been to. Friendly staff and at the Friday 11:30 Jujitsu class - the Coach made me feel very welcome, patiently went over the drills and paired me with an expert, who helped so much during the class. Going back this week.

I love this place. You do get your money worth but my reason for me not giving a 5 star is because 1. They dont pick up the phone very much and 2. I had the most trouble trying to cancel my account beside those two the gym is amazing and the training is intense

Been going for nearly 2 months now. Loving every second of it. Great facility, great location, and most importantly, great people. Not expensive and an awesome place to get in shape while simultaneously cultivating a skill that you may need one day

Please do not sign up. I signed up on the 11th and by the 15 I was getting 10-20 calls daily stating my account is past due and it will go to collections. When trying to cancel this account the staff was rude.

Charged me for not even being there. I should have just cancelled the contract when I had the chance. Its too expensive to just charge people without a warning. Workouts were cool.
