I visited this location today and everything looks great. I was given a very nice tour and the young lady was very nice. She explained everything to me including a detail explanation of each piece of equipment in each area. I am very impressed with this type of set up. Being ex-military, I like this type of organized simple layout. This place has that so if I decide to join I am sure it will be all I need. It has been over two decades since I really had a work routine so this is just right for me to start back working out. The only negative is the payment option. REALLY NOT FEELING THE DIRECT DEBIT. Most businesses has the technology to monitor who has paid and who has not paid their account. I also wanted to pay in full but then some features I really wanted to use would not be made available to me. Most business offer a nice discount for paying your yearly bill in full. THAT IS THE ONLY NEGATIVE THAT STOPPED ME FROM JOINING ON THE SPOT. For that reason I rate it only 4 stars because 3 and half was not an OPTION☺️

STAY AWAY!!!!!! You can sign up in person... but forget trying to cancel your membership in person. Nope! They will tell you that you need to send them a letter with your name and account on it to cancel. When you send the letter with your name and account on it saying, please cancel my account.. You will not hear back from them, and they will keep charging your card. Ive tried for 8 months now to cancel three memberships at Planet Fitness, and I keep getting the runaround. Yes, 3 memberships per month for 8 months! = $$$$ We called again today since were now living in another state, (you have to cancel the membership at the location you opened it at. But, just not in person.) and were told that we now need to send the letters via certified mail return receipt requested... WHY WASNT I TOLD THIS 8 MONTHS AGO? I mean, pardon me.. Call me crazy but why couldnt we cancel our memberships in person at the location we created them at? Planet Fitness will be another Blockbuster Video in less than 5 years. Wait and see.

The pricing is decent, its just the staff sucks.. theyre pretty darn rude and careless. If youre there a few minutes before closing, staff members will hit the alarm and start shouting at people to get out such as if they were cattle or something. The classes are silly as well, theyre unorganized and the equipment gets used by other gym members during the class so everyone is left standing around during a gym class. When I first started a few years back, Planet Fitness rocked - I dont know if management changed between now and then, but it doesnt matter. Found a new gym home at Anytime Fitness where its 24/7 Hopefully the staffing improves at Planet Fitness.

First off I really like the gym a lot and everything thing offer. My only complaint is that the hours they advertise 24 hours is not true. Fridays they close early at 9:00pm which I absolutely hate. I was aware Saturday and Sunday they close early but I was not aware of Fridays. The website even says open 24 hours Mon-Friday. if you close at 9pm Friday that is not 24 hours maybe midnight. Anyways I havent had any other problems and the gym is great and the staff is alright.... I really think they should open a planet smoothie next door in the open space they have! just a thought! Anyways thanks for the great gym!!!!

Completely dissatisfied with the CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. I had to write the General Manager Mr. Cook today because enough is enough! I hope they consider training the staff on how to acknowledge people when they walk into the gym especially when they go up to the desk. A GREAT thing to remember is always treat others how you would want to be treated. Im only giving it a 1 star due to the place being nice and big, maybe once they get the CUSTOMER SERVICE under control it could be a 5 star.

Only payment method is direct from checking account. DENIED, you cant have access to my checking account. When I went in to ask about rates, guy at counter had to answer the phone in the middle of telling me the rates and he proceeded to tell someone over the phone all the info. Thats awesome that he could make me wait and not them when I clearly was there first. May consider joining when they have alternate payment methods.

Planet Fitness now needs a Pervert Alert siren much like the Lunk Alert. Its disgusting to see older aged men drooling on the arc and ellipticals over young barely 18 lifting weights. Also I notice more people not wiping down machines after using them. The staff is always professional and ready to help every member. They keep the facility clean.

I love the gym. It has great struture with rules and reminders posted thru out. I feel very comfortable with the environment. My issue is the weekend hours. Friday and Saturday night is a time for many members to work out considering the weekday work and commute schedule. For me, I love a Saturday evening workout. . . But I just cant get it here.

This is the best health and fitness center for your money in the area. It is clean and well maintained. They offer so much and the staff is very friendly. NO WIFI. Seriously? I was told this week that the owners didnt want to spend the money until the AT&T contract expired. Very disappointed with that decision. 5 stars if they had free Wi-Fi.

I love the gym. The weekend hours are annoying. When my membership is up Ill be going to a true 24hr gym. Closing at 9pm on Friday, 7pm on Sunday and Saturday is absolutely terrible. I think it should be at least until 11pm. Wish I never got the membership. Please keep in mind the hours before you become a member !

The employees are friendly and helpful. Lots of space and plenty of cardio equipment. Wish there were more benches and a real squat rack. The smith machines just arent the same, and there arent nearly enough of them. This place gets extremely busy around 6-8 especially during the beginning of the year.

I have only had my membership for 2 days but as far as I can tell this is the best gym atmosphere Ive been in. The staff is very friendly, the machines are awesome, the gym is very clean, and the stand up tanning bed is wonderful (Ive worked at a tanning salon and was surprised by the equipment).

There is one employee there at night thats not nice at all.. I go to tan when I tan and hes there he always cuts the bed off in the middle of me tanning. Hes not friendly at all. I like the gym overall but hes make my experience really not worth going or paying $20 a month tbh

I spoke with a young girl who had know knowledge of the gym I was lied to about the hours I asked for the corporate number spoke with a guy named Tyler he said he was the gm I asked him for the corporate number he said to me for me to find it myself. Never go to this place
