SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. To summarize, got there at 10, didnt actually start getting my hair done until 2pm, the owner argued with me telling me it was my fault that no one did my hair for 4 hours, burned my forehead and again told me it was my fault because she has been doing this for years and never burnt anyone so anytime i get burned it is my fault. Then lightly throws my change back at me because she was trying to give me a card and I said I do not need it because I am not coming back. Worst salon experience ever. When i first got there at 10am, i had to wait about 30 mins to be seen, which I was okay with. so she Washes my hair, deep conditions it and puts me back under the dryer for 20 mins. After the dryer went of, i was waiting in the chair for 2 hours!! so one lady comes by with the sign in list and asked me which name was mine, and I said here name number 5, mind you, it was over 30 people on that list and I was watching people come in and leave before me. So the owner ( i believe she was the owner or manager) comes and asked who is next and I say me, she ignores me and takes the little girl that was beside me. So i gather my things about to walk out because at this point, i have been there for almost 3 and a half hours with almost nothing done to my hair. As I am about to leave, the owner tells me to sit and she will see me soon, so I tell myself Im going to give her 10 mins to see me. she finally starts doing my hair, it is 2pm at this point. THEN she blow dries 1/4 of my hair and ask me do I mind waiting because this other girl has a flight to catch. I said politely, maam if i hadnt been in here for 4 hours then i would say sure but i am ready and i dont think that is fair to me." she says why have you been here for 4 hours, i tell her no one saw me and she proceeds to tell me that it is my fault that I had been waiting for so long. i said there is a sign in list and it is not my fault, it is your job and she tells me she doesnt go by the sign in sheet. well this is my first time here and how would I know that they dont go by the sign in sheet EVEN THOUGH they have everyone sign in as they come in. so i tell her look Im not even trying to argue, i just want to get out of here, and she proceeds to argue with me. She is talking a lot while doing my hair, which I have no problem with, the problem comes when she stops doing my hair to talk. I mean not that she cared about me before but come on be considerate of your customers. She should be zooming and doing the best she can after my experience so far. She finally finishes and I get up and go to the counter to pay, $55 for the wash blow dry and flat iron, i gave her $60. Before she attempts to give me back my change she punches a hole in a card and says that after a certain amount of times(10 i believe) coming in there I can get 25% off. I said no thank you, then she said it again and that it was for the next time I come in. I said there will not be a next time, and she just gave me this look for at least 3secs, I had to ask for my change back because there was no way I was tipping after that experience and I ALWAYS tip. She lightly tosses my $5 on the sign in sheet on the countertop and just walks away. I will never go here again, I recommend not going here. It is not worth it at all.

The owner and her daughter did me and my daughters hair. I was there almost 4 hours but maybe that was due to it being the day before school. My daughter’s hair came out really nice and mines did to. However, when she said I needed my ends trim I told her ok but I don’t want a lot cut off. She (owner) completely ignored what I asked for and cut over an inch off. I did not realize how much she cut until I got home because after 4hrs I was rushing out of there. When someone’s first response to seeing my hair when I leave the salon is “oh you cut your hair” that means she took off to much. I’m so angry and I will never go back here again. Growing hair is not easy for everyone and what she should have did was ask me especially after I told her I didn’t want much cut off. Lesson learned...I should’ve went with my gut not to let her do it because she was already rushing. The owner continued to insist that I "needed" the hair off that she cut. Shes very argumentative and that shouldnt be in her profession.

Yo le recomiendo a la duena de este negocio que cuando vaya a emplear a alguien, le compre una peluca de pelo bien largo y la ponga a hacerle varios cortes y peinados. Un buen trabajo, te garantiza que el cliente regrese, y que recomiende a otras personas. Yo fui por un corte de pelo y cuando regrese a mi casa y me mire detenidamente al espejo, m di cuenta que mi pelado es un desastre, todo disparejo y de mal gusto. Yo no regreso mas y tampoco puedo recomendarselo a nadie.

Best Dominican Salon In Snellville Ga. Great Salon, friendly customer service. Only Dominican Salon in Snellville that opens at 7:30am on Saturday. I love this salon been coming here for years from since they been on Centerville across from Burger King and Publix. Great Service, you will not be disappointed. Great natural hair care and fast service. Lovely people, lovely salon. The best Office has move to: 2115 East Main St, Suite A Snellville Ga, 30078 Pass South Gwinett Highschool on your right, left in the shopping Plaza with the Dunkin Donuts & Regal Cinema.

I read the review and despite the negativ one I decided to check it out.. My experience was great, the young girl they were reffering to was the owners daughter that was just helping and is now an adult.. They did a great Job with my natural hair, next week Ill be back for a relaxer!!! They service is wayyyy better than the Dominican salon down the street called massiel.

Elci a great owner. She is knowledgeable about hair and not shy about letting you know it. I enjoy the Spanish conversations and feel quite at home. My daughter is very tender headed but always forgets the pain through the process because she loves the results. I continue to come back because my hair lasts for weeks, I love the results, and feel gorgeous when Im done.
