First of all let me just say that I never write reviews so if I am writing one then there is a problem. You will be better off going to the $50 weave shop ! I went here for a blunt cut bob and I am very picky about my hair . Ill start by discussing the braid down I have some thick hair and you CANNOT braid my hair in no big braids or it will show . The lady braided my hair way too big and I have a big ass bump in the back of my head from the braids . Not only that she tried to sew the braids upward and its too tight so I have little bumps back there from it being so tight. Before I sat in the lady chair I specifically asked the owner to see pictures she stated oh girl she one of the best stylist I have . Never got to see the pictures then when the lady got done it wasnt what I asked for . Paid $65 for some hairstyle I dont even like Im very disappointed this is my first time coming here & LAST ! However I feel like the stylist I forgot her name had a good personality and good sewing techniques she just needs to work on her braid down when dealing with thick hair. I was just so disappointed because I left out the hair salon with a big ass lump in the back of my head and they didnt even try to fix it . I also want to add the fact that when I was in the chair they had just got done doing a braid down for some lady and the owner was whispering to her stylist about how she had braided the lady hair too tight but then the owner started to sew the lady hair in. I dont get it if you know the braids was too tight why would you keep the braids in take it out and do it over thats what you get payed for it kinda made me mad because the lady had no clue and she already had thin hair .

I went in wanting to get a heavy foil of blonde on my medium brown hair and it is completely ruined. I was charged $85 for an extremely patchy and uneven job after beimg originally quoted $60 for the color and a trim. I told the girl up front i would pay extra for my hair to be done right and the way I wanted. It is so bad that I cannot even wear my hair pulled back or down. I am pretty sure i knew more about how to do foils than she did. The blonde color is so uneven, some of it looks white while other parts look yellow...and no toner was used at all. Money wasted. The girl who did my hair was extremely rough and the salon was very dirty. Dont waste your time or money here.

Very Rude & Unprofessional! Says they take their last client @ 7:30 pm although they close @ 8 pm. Arrived @ 7:23. When I walked in there was one person that had just finished braiding someones hair down for a sew-in & 2 stylists just sitting there looking at each other. So you mean to tell me yall really arent close because the door is still unlocked so youre still taking walk-ins but no one is available to do my hair when you have 2 stylists just sitting there doing nothing????? Will not be returning to spend my money here. Or anyone else I know!

I visit here often and Whitney always does an exceptional job! She is very professional and provides quality work. I highly recommend this salon and the stylist! You wont be disappointed! I recently started bringing my daughter here and she is natural and tenderheaded. Ms. Maria was extremely gentle with my daughter and made her comfortable. My daughter always talks about how pretty she feels when she leaves here. The staff, the atmosphere and the quality of work is second to none!!

The salon was scheduled to close at 8pm. I was told to be there by 7:30pm. When I arrived, the two stylists were leaving. I was told that business was slow; therefore, they were closing early. I reminded them that someone at the salon had told me to be there by 7:30 and one of the stylist said that she had to go and pick up her children. This is an example of very poor customer service. This is shy business is slow; they have poor customer service. Nobody is going to pay for that!!!

Terrible services, high prices. unprofessional stylists , talk about other customers and stylists while doing your hair. . Had sewn _in weave done on a Saturday.and on Monday weave is coming apart, had to go to a real stylist to have my sew _in weave done, was a waste of my money and time. Will not go bsck to the Conyers location.

Dont waste your time and money there my daughter and I went to get our hair done. It took us 7 hrs to get done the stylist name was whitney there nails are too long cant grip the hair properly I would never go back there and after wait for so long the manger asking me if I am going to tip the young lady.

When I first started going here I loved it, all the stylists were really nice and funny and did my sew ins quickly, now theres only new stylists and they dont work as fast as the old employees. They still have the best price though

The first time I went there to get a sew-in, the styles did a very bad job. But the manager resolved that and asked for another chance to redo my hair. I took it and a styles named Whitney did a crochet style for me and I love it.

They give you a bald headed,or wig wearin person to do your hair,after you told receptionist in person you dont want that person as your stylist. They complain,ghetto,and not professionAL. PRQCTICIN ON HAIR BUT THEY BALD TOO.

The stylist that did my hair had really long nails and couldnt grin my hair properly because my hair was so long. She had to take it down and do it over and it was still lumpy. Dont waste your time nor money here!
