At the salon, ask for Milena. She is an amazing hair artist! Hair stylist just doesnt seem to do her work justice. She took me from a natural coppery auburn color (that everyone seems to be trying to get) and brought me into an whole different dimension of dark, almost black hair with an ombré of vibrant purple. With a short conversation and a few pictures she was able to transform my hair into exactly what I wanted! Even with my thick and difficult to color hair. Plus she is very pleasant, friendly and professional. This was my first appointment with her and I returned a week later to get a beautiful trim to compliment my new color. Milena is WONDERFUL and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I think I finally found the stylist I want to stick with as long as Im in Cumming

These people dont even deserve one star. My daughter made an appointment to have them do her wedding make-up a week in advance. They contacted her the day before to confirm. She showed up on time to her appointment and there was only one clerk. She was just starting to do foils on another woman and she told my daughter to pick out her make-up. My daughter explained that she doesnt wear make-up that often and that was why she scheduled an appointment to have a professional apply it. She waited 30 minutes and left. Thankfully, our wedding coordinator was a lot more compassionate and she took care of my daughters make-up. #NeverUlta

Before I went to the store, I made sure what I was wanted was available at the store. There were none on the shelf, so I asked cashier for help since no one was on the floor. She gladly helped but couldnt find it under any drawers, so she asked her manager who came up to me and said she purchased everything herself since the sale was so good. I was flabbergasted! She didnt even know which product I was referring to nor did she have any interest in looking elsewhere. I explained how it showed availability online at this store, so I expected it here. She was very rude and sarcastic. I cant believe I was treated that way. Horrible!

Im a natural dark brunette and I had already started the process of lighting my hair when the stylist Lisa took my hair to a whole new level. I have loved every idea shes come up with and her knowledge is incredible. If you need anything done as far as cut or color and even a make up application! Dont pass her up shes absolutely amazing!!

I love this store, the store is so amazing, there is such a wide variety of products and the customer service is unbelievable. this is my new must have beauty shopping store. I especially love the salon and spa in the store, Michele did my hair and I love it! Idaho really needed a store like this.

Kawaii Doll

The store is so kawaii with wide variety of makeup brands. Some prices are high some are not. Depends on what you buy but I would say its better than buying makeup in pharmacist or waltmart. :3 Addicting store.
