My eyebrows were completely butchered here. The left and right eyebrow are extremely different. They did not handle the situation well at all. I paid, left and called the salon to find out the name of the woman who did my eyebrows. They hung up on me and I had to call back multiple times to get the correct name. Worst customer service ever. I have been growing out my eyebrows for months and months in order to reshape them. SHEVIA, the lady who did my eyebrows absolutely ruined them. I understand that hair grows back... but if anyone else knows what Ive been through, eyebrows take FOREVER to grow back. Absolutely livid.

Rude staff especially the owner. They pounce at you with sharpened claws. They way they talk makes you feel like theyre going you a massive favor and they dont let you forget either. The woman that did my eyebrows kept telling me to get back down and not look at what she had done as she had another customer waiting for her. If Im paying you I expect you to give me your full attention for my allocated time. The prices are high compared to the quality and the horrible customer service. Horrible service. Very rude, attitude problem. Overpriced. Shady. Unable to cooperate. Terrible communication. I will never go back to this awful place again. Worst experience Ive ever been through. I went to get henna and they gave me the wrong color and were very disrespectful about it. Ive never been so upset. They did the henna short, didnt do it the way I asked for, for a very high price. It was not worth it, I do not reccomend this place.

If I could give this place a half (.5) of a star that would fit perfect..this place is horrible I try to give them a chance again after my favorite lady left but the owner DOES NOT listen. She made my eyebrows so thin after I grew them out!! And she going to argue with me saying that its my shape but yet I told her I grew it out to have a thicker shape

This shop USE to be amazing however the top archer (eyebrows) left to have her baby and the sisters or relatives that took over are NOT experienced at all they dont care to shape your brow in an attractive way at all. They are only concerrned with making the money.....I sure hate that this place has gone down so much since its right near my job.

Id been going to the North Decatur location for years and I moved. Thankfully I found another location closer to me and they do an awesome job. Some do a better job than others, but I say go and find the person that gives you the best results and stick with them. An added plus are the great prices!

I do not go anywhere else but here to get me eyebrows done! I have also done henna for my hair before. They are very friendly! I always go to my lady in chair number 2 though. She is very skilled! I have made the mistake of going somewhere else before and regretted it instantly!

I only go to 2 places to get my eyebrows done & its great that they are in the same complex . They do a really good job & for the price which is $6 with cash and $7 with card & i say thats good because some places charge $10 to $12 & good service.

Some of the staff are afraid to make your eyebrows thin on request. Thats my only problem. I hate thick eyebrows, but the older women that work here dont have confidence to thread thin.
