The Service adviser didnt give me an accurate price for the repairs, after I went to the bank to get the funds based on what he told me the price to retrieve my car was $100.00 higher then what he told me. He lefit out the catch pan, $50.00 to install it, added a quart of oil without asking and wanted to charge me and added an environmental fee and didnt tell me but addded it to my finale price to pickup the car. Earlier when I asked for some type of paperwork after dropping of the Key the lady at the front desk was gracious and gave it to me but the Store manager said he knew i was trouble because I asked for something like Pep Boys and other Repair shops do when they take your car. The work was done very well fees a bit high but if they just gave good honest estimates and standard customer service like the lady at the front desk they could have been my car repair place forever because I was looking for one. The store manager defended the Advisor I spoke to even after he admitted not mentioning fees in the finale bill. To the managers credit he finally relented and made an adjustment to the bill, to bad he suggested that he knew I was trouble for asking for the same thing other repair shops offer as standard, I was offended by that and I had to refocus our conversation back to the business of the misinformation his employee was using to get business. The car does run fine the mechanics did a good job.

Snellville Auto, wow I have so much to say but I will try and make this simple.. Ben was great he broke every detail down that my 2005 Dodge Durango needed with no pressure.. I had been riding around with a annoying noise in my right wheel since March..Turned out I needed upper/lower blood joints.. I let another shop put" them on or so I thought.. The noise cont. to get worse after supp. being fixed... So finally when it was time my oil change took my truck to Snellville Auto to have noise checked out etc... Guess what the upper ball joints had been changed but not the lower lower ball joints despite having paid another mechanic to do so... Needless to say I was furious.. Snellville got me safe and riding the next morning.. thought I would have to rent a car. . They were mindful that I had to go to work and got everything done in a timely fashion.. Also with a 12 month% 12,000 mile warranty.. Lemme not forget the sweet ladies @ the front desk that are always kind .. Thank you that my daughter and I are ridiculous get safe thru the streets of the Atl. Snellville auto rocks!!!

I moved to Snellville Ga in April. I moved from Summerville SC. In Summerville I always took my car to Geralds Tires, I really trust them. Moving here, I was looking for a Geralds. I had a brake problem and took my car to a auto place in Snellville [ big mistake ]. I left there with a bill for $454.38 and the same brake problem. I called Snellville Auto to make an appointment to bring my car in for my brakes. I told the gentleman on the phone my story and I had called Corp. He told me to take my car back to the other place and let them do the work. I told him I did not trust them. He told me they will do the job right, because they didnt want a law suit. I thanked him, because he could have told me to bring my car in. I took my car back to the other place and the brake work was done - Free. I went to Snellville Auto a week later for an oil change. Can I say I found my Geralds in Snellville. I trust them, awesome costume service and the price is fair. I was told I needed two filters. I didnt question it. I said do it because I trust them.

Family Focused. Always Pleasant. Service with a Smile. They are professional. The waiting room is cozy (fresh coffee always). They translate automotive stuff in "girl language" so women go in peace that you can trust them and they will treat you fairly as if you were their sister. I LOVE EVERYONE THERE. The service is IMPECCABLE. The patience is a learned expertise that should be modeled! This store needs more recognition for a job EXCELLENTLY done! I am additionally impressed with their organizational culture of the staff. The fairness and communication as a team is a morale booster that keeps consistency in all they do. I cant say enough good things about them. Its the kind of service that makes me want to buy more cars so that I have more reasons to go visit. Be well.

DONT GO TO THIS SHOP I was sent to this place to have my check engine light repaired, the code was for air temp sensor, they worked on the car and erased codes so my wife picked up the car and brought it home, when i looked at the car I noticed that one of the sensors that THEY WORKED ON was broken off, took the car back to have that fixed, at this point they took responsability for the broken sensor they just did a simple repair that i could have done at home with cheap silicone. A few weeks later silicone melt off and i was back to having a broken sensor, went back and at this point they dont want to be responsible for the part that was broken at their shop. Very unhappy this is not the way to run a business. Please be responsible for YOUR OR YOUR MECHANICS mistakes. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP

Less than quality parts and service were used in a clutch replacement in 2012. Although I have the receipt stating that they used new parts, I had to get my clutch replaced again after just 37k miles on it in 2014. The place that did the second replacement stated that grease was used in a dry socket and caused the premature wear. I also discovered that I need to replace the shifter ring because their mechanics stripped the screws and broke some of the parts which held it in place. Partner these with an initial misdiagnosis thats caused me to spend a significant amount on another, less critical repair just prior to the clutch and it makes for a horrific experience. Not recommended in the slightest.

We had some problems with our air conditioner not blowing cold. My wife called and spoke to Cole who recommended we bring it in so they could do an evaluation of the A/C system. I figured we were in the market for a new compressor since this problem had been sporadic for awhile, but never this bad. After they looked at it, they determined we were low on refrigerant, but there were no leaks and nothing wrong with the system. They test drove it for a bit and it blew cold the entire time. So instead of my imagined $1k repair, the final cost turned out to be about a tenth of that! Everyone there was very nice and the service was excellent. Ill be bringing our cars back if anything else goes wrong!

I first happened into Snellville Auto Center nearly 20 years ago. I was a young, single female who had been badly taken advantage of by other car repair establishments and was very jaded. I went in initially for a second opinion. Another place had tried to sell me new brakes which I couldnt really afford. SAC looked my car over, tightened a bolt (at no charge) and sent me on my way with no brakes needed. Turned out mine were fine!! I was astonished and so grateful to have finally found an honest, helpful, friendly car repair shop and now Im a customer for life!!
