Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a full service car wash. I waited in the back to speak with an attendant for several minutes while three passed by me repeatedly. When I was finally acknowledged I walked inside to pay and was greeted with a serious attitude problem. When my vehicle was through the wash someone pulled it around where it sat and dried for 20 minutes. In the meantime there were two and three people working on other cars. Every employee there needs to put some pep in their step and stop moping around. If they would take their heads out of their phones they could cut the time spent on each car in half. No wonder this place has such terrible reviews. Terrible customer service.

Employee accidentally damaged my car. He even owned up to it and apologized. The general manager was not available and we were told to return the next day to discuss the claim. Upon returning the GM made no effort to resolve the claim and said the damage was not caused at his car wash. He would not let us speak with the employee that caused the damage and said he would consult with him and get back to us within a week. We are still waiting. He was very rude and unprofessional.

Had been coming here for years. Service has increasingly declined and management is included. They sent my new car through the wash with the windows down and told me it was my responsibility. I explained to the manager that the employee lowered my window and he offered no apologies or additional services to rectify the issue.... Thoroughly disappointed in how this once nice establishment has become consistently bad over the past few months.

Paid for interior detail plus leather seat cleaning, seats still had crumbs and floor not vacuumed well. Lots of conditioning was applied to dash and doors for a nice shine but actual cleaning was poor. They say they dont have vacuum with the narrow end to vacuum inside of seat and yet they offer detail services. THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I had my truck cleaned my Carlton today!!! Amazing... he did an awesome job and was friendly. Great see young people at work... Your nexr wash ask for Carlton. I did a handwash on my Mercedes Truck and I left very happy.... Thanks Carlton!!!!

Friendly staff, great pricing and they were very very thorough when cleaning the interior. It was the cleanest Id ever seen my interior since it was new! I would highly recommend you come here to get your car detailed!

$35 for an exterior only wash on a 2 seater convertible. STOP! Think about that, then GTHOH! You can get superb $10-15 exterior washes all day long elsewhere.
