I purchased the $5 clean and dry, my car was still dirty after the wash and my car was not very dirty to begin with, it was mostly pollen. I asked the attendants and they said I shouldnt have expected the $5 wash to clean it. Only if I had bought the $10 wash with all of the treatments. I guess the $5 wash is only for clean cars. They could care less about me and my business. Worst car wash ever.

The supervisor Rico was extremely rude I asked him about my wash and showed him the problems he said "oh well". I then proceed to let him know that I didnt receive the service I paid for and asked for his manger/ owners number he said they had no number. I asked him his last name and he refused to tell me and threw paper in my window being completely rude and disrespectful.

I purchased the $5 Car only to wash a little dust & to really vacuum my car out. The wash didnt even clean the little dust I had nor did the vacuum pick up anything off my carpet. I thought well maybe u get what u paid for til I went to another car wash that paid $3 & I was satisfied so I no next time to never attend Sparkle Car Wash again

Facility dirty. After vacuuming car you track dirt and back into it because Management claims they do not have time to sweep grounds. No pride in business ....means no further business from me.
